Introduction
My imaginative non-governmental organization is the Golden Hearts Organization which is a profit organization which majors on the healthcare issues in the local community, it aims at fundraising money to help the locals living in the community (Gil MartÃnez et al., 2018). The Golden Hearts organization conducts plastic surgeries to the patients who come from a humble background at a moderate cost. The aim of the organization aims at ensuring that the unfortunate persons who need essential medical care like significant surgeries, for example, heart surgeries, are cared for and that they receive the medical care irrespective of one's background.
The Golden Hearts works with both the private and public hospitals by helping in making donations and also charities. It works by attracting donors and well-wishers to donate some money in order to help the persons that are in dire need of medical surgery (Gil MartÃnez et al., 2018, p.467). The Golden Hearts has its website portal where anyone can willingly donate to ensure that persons who cannot pay the medical bill to undergo surgeries are taken care The Golden Hearts operate its patients by selecting a patient to fund the surgery. They tend to check on the patient until the patient has fully recovered and has not developed any other complications or infections that can occur before a surgical procedure. The organization takes care of everything for the patient, choosing the payment methods, and also the hospital where the surgery will be conducted at which hospital.
Impact on the Community
The Golden Hearts aims at expanding its help to the poverty-stricken persons in the society who are in dire need of some surgeries such as gynaecology, neurology, cardiac and surgical procedures.
The Golden Hearts aim at creating awareness among the underprivileged persons in the societies regarding various diseases. It also teaches them on signs and symptoms of various diseases, of which when it gets chronic, it results in dire need of a surgical procedure to correct it, for example, hernias, heart defects, kidney stones (Strader et al., 2020). It has also tried to help children come from humble backgrounds and need urgent surgical procedures to correct the heart defects, such as when a child has a hole in the heart. It provides the best surgical treatment and also pays for the preoperative expenses of the patients, such as providing them with food and also paying for the food.
Golden Hearts' mission is that it aims at the provision of the best and holistic surgical treatment and medical care to all persons and that all the patients are treated with care and love. We do not discriminate against any person seeking medical assistance (Strader et al., 2020). It means that the organization supports diversity by providing medical and surgical care to all persons equally irrespective of one's background or even one's race. The organizations also ensure that transparency is achieved in that it uploads the medical bills and documents that contain the surgical procedures. Through this, the donor can be to see how the money was utilized to help the patient.
The goal of the organization is to ensure that the organization can make more profits through the conducting of surgical procedures. The goal of the organization is to ensure that with the little money the person gives out, one can be done for the surgical procedure one is prescribed. The money that is collected from the well-wishers is used to invest in the other clients that require medical-surgical care (Gil MartÃnez et al., 2018, p.470). The organization also works in partnership with the private and public hospitals, and for every surgery conducted, the organization ensures that it gets a certain amount of income to ensure that the organization does not run out of money or even becomes bankrupt at any point in time.
