Keeping the information confidential is the basis of clinical and health ethics. Moreover, the American Health Information Management Association Code of Ethics supports the concept of keeping the patient's information secure; thus, the patients are protected (McBride et al., 2018).

Integrity in clinical facilities may be termed as maintenance of accuracy consistency and reliability of clinical data.
