All the visible developments in human beings can be attributed to some early ways of interaction with all the factors they came across as they grew up. For my case, there are various experiences, developments, events, characteristics, and circumstances which I came across as I grew up, which greatly shaped my behavior and personality in such a way that they could ten characterize my adult way of life as well as the choice of career. Such aspects can be explained as corroborated by various human development theories under the Grand theories, which include the psychoanalytic theory, behaviorism, cognitive theory, sociocultural theory, universal theory, as well the theories which tend to explain the nature of human exposure in the middle childhood stage as affecting the way they behave subsequently through life. The environment that I grew in, which is composed of the peers, the family members, the teachers, and other stakeholders which we interacted in various capacities were able to influence me in specific ways such that I tended to adopt some forms of behaviors which could then characterize my personality. They could also go a long way to influencing my choices as I grew up, and my current career adaptation. They are as brought out in the following paragraphs.

First, in my early ages of development, and more specifically in the ages of between two and ten years, and in the fact that I am the firstborn child in my family, I had no grown-up siblings whom I could look up to and reciprocate by taking care of me and leading me through various aspects of life; such that they could take the roles of the coaches. In this regard, I was exposed to the first-time experiences of various things, which appeared to me as a first learner and I had to take heart and face all the experiences in life. As posited in the psychosocial theory of human development, it greatly influenced my cognitive development, the way interact with the environment, my personality traits, my future expectations and optimism, my current career choices the mode of choosing friends and usual company, the way I view the outside world, the types of books I choose to read, as well as the types of music and media contents I choose to consume.

Starting with the interactions with the friends, I used to play various games with my friends, they include the hide and seek games, the children's football, as well as the athletics they strengthened my mental capacity as expounded by cognitive theory. It well-exposed my behavior through behaviorism theory of human development. In most such games, I used to be among the controlling personalities as per the choices of the members. They could endow me with the responsibilities of leading the games, alongside other friends. They used to mention of the fact that I could not shortchange them in any deals, as well as the level of organizations which I used to show in the process of playing with them and going through various experiences together. They could also cite the presence of a high level of responsibility in me, hence their collective agreement of the need to have me participate in the leading activities of the games which we undertook. It went to an extent that I was nicknamed 'the group leader,' which shows that I had fully been recognized by the peers as the one which can be trusted with various responsibilities such as taking care of the ball which we used in the playing field alongside the taking care of the livestock. Such was at the peak when I was at the age of ten years, having been slowly nurtured, mastered, and developed starting from the age of five years when I was exposed to the peers out of our home compound.

I loved interacting with my peers because of various responsibilities which they had endowed me with, which in turn made me feel privileged in the boys' kingdom. the fact that I was one of the very trusted members of the group tended to condition me in such a way that I could be very conscious of whatever I did lest I destroyed the reputation amongst the peers. In this regard, I found myself always yearning to perfect any trait and actions that could extend my legacy as I grew up. It was particularly corroborated when I started attending the school, in which we were taught of the characteristics of a good leader, which include the possession of such virtues as honesty, self-drive, trustworthiness, senses of responsibility, hardworking, humanity, and service to others. They motivated me such that I started looking at myself from the perspective of a future great leader, whereby I was only required to progressively nurture such virtues with time., as most of them had earlier on manifested in me.

For the case of my family members, they also influenced my early developments, which could later be observed to be characterizing whom I had become. However, my mother was greatly against my elevated involvement in the children's activities. Since I had been well taken care of by the peer through the assignment of various leadership posts, I perceived it as a great gift which I was not ready to lose at any time soon mainly due to the parental control. It is during such moments that I was able to go against the dictates of my parents, who wanted me to cut off the relationships with a lot many children in the neighborhood and instead focus on the assigned roles of taking care of the livestock as well as concentrating a lot on the academics ta home whenever I had some time during the day. To me, such activities were observed as the deterrents to my outgoing nature of interaction with other people, offering something beneficial to them, as well as taking part int eh community leadership roles in the future. It is then that I realized that I was an extrovert, always not minding being in the groups of people, discussing various topics, building extensive friendships, learning a lot from them, and subsequently bonding such that we could grow together and finally contribute in meaningful nation-building in the future adulthood stages. Thus, my outgoing nature of interacting with people, although my parents seemed antagonistic to such since I was not doing as they wanted such that I could later qualify in academics to become a doctor, appeared to me as suitable since they formed as seamless blend with my personality, that could then land me in the adulthood career choice of service to humanity having studied political science.

However, my grandparents were immensely in support of whatever I was doing. They seemed to have the eyes of the future, such that they had already studied my personality and already knew what I was supposed to be doing in my childhood, that could eventually lead to the fulfillment of what I was destined to do it the adult age: community leadership and service to humanity, hence fulfilling the dictates of the sociocultural theory. It can, however, be understood that since they are quite grown up with a lot of wisdom, and having overtime studied human behavior through social interactions, they had enough experiences to in a split second understand once personality traits and us be able to predict his/her future way of life, while at the same time concluding on what is needed to be done for the best version of such a person to be realized in the end. That is the reason why I developed the habit of having to spend a lot of time with my grandparents. They could embrace my outgoing nature, while mentoring me on the need to be useful to others in the society, since after all, what matters, in the end, is the impact which one will have left in the hearts of the people, in the fulfillment of the universal perspective theory.

As a result of my developed habits of spending time with the old people, as I grew up, I slowly by slowly embraced the need to be well behaved as they advised me. I managed to stay with my grandparents for a region of seven years, between the ages of eight and fifteen when I joined a learning institution away from home. It is where I developed a liking of only the educational music, which also influenced me to be reading the inspirational books and the autobiographies of other iconic and influential people such as Martin Luther King junior, to be able to understand their ways of life and finally give me light on what I should do to better my service to humanity, alongside maintaining a clear self-identity. I cultivated the culture of respecting other people irrespective of their age. lit is also a stage in life which helped brush off some little pride which was in me since I learned that it was not received well by the people that I interacted with. Although a loved socialization and community engagements even to the point of not considering the advice of my parents of studying hard to become a doctor, I appreciate the fact that my social interactions exposed me to the real-life situations which sharpened my relational skill sets. Which I corroborated with some studies in the political science that exposed me to the pre-established studies on the people and politics, as some theories that will eventually be applied in the public participation in the transformation of the lives of the people being led.

In conclusion, it can be observed that my career choice of public service has greatly been influenced by the people and environment that I interacted with from the early times during my childhood, as also explained using the evidences form the proven human development theories.it has also been immensely contributed by my abrasive personality to ensure that what I deemed was right to be done could not be impeded by the adverse conditions on the way.

Importance of Human Development Theories

There are the human development theories, such as the psychoanalytic theory, behaviorism, cognitive theory, sociocultural theory, universal theory, which can be concluded to be important to the teachers and parents to know. It is because they are the ones who are caring for the children as they grow in different stages of life, starting from birth to their late-life developmental stages of adulthood. Thus, it is the responsibility of both the teachers and parents to provide the environments in which the children will be able to interact with as dictated by the above-stated theories, such that the personalities of such children will greatly be improved as they grow up. They are as brought out subsequently.

First, there is the psychoanalytic human development theory, which is under the Grant theory. In this regard, it is concerned with the psychosocial stages of the human development, whereby there are the underlying subconscious traits in the human beings which will eventually affect the way in which they interact with the environment; it will be important for the parents, since they are very close to their children art their early ages ss they grow up, to understand how the children perceive the developing events in their environments, they will then be able to provide the best environments which suit their children's psychosocial focus, hence resulting in their healthy growth and development, as they will then feel concerned about and will also develop positive attitudes towards the surroundings, as well as respond effectively to the stimuli. Also, the teachers will be able to understand the likes and dislikes of the children, which contribute to their character traits as contained in their subconscious brains.

Besides, it is important for the parents and teachers to understand the behaviorism theory, which posits that types of the environments which the children are exposed have huge probabilities of altering their behavioral modes. In this regard, they will then be able to understand the importance of exposing the children to certain environments as opposed to tooter, since they will then be able to acquire particular behavioral charac...
