Hi, good morning all the honorable guests, fellow members of staff, parents, students and everyone present. I hope that everyone is okay. My name is ####, and I will be working with you this school year 2018-19 as the Family Services Assistance assigned to the school. On behalf of the school staff, It's a pleasure to have this chance to welcome you to our institution warmly. I am very grateful to all of you for choosing this institution. It is our quest to make sure that every student thrives with high scores and leaves here well prepared for higher learning. Despite the knowledge we teach, we also help the kids realize their passions and develop their talents. I am the person in charge of registration, following up with meetings, doing the orientation for the Head Start Children and also the person that provides resources to the families. I definitely understand the feeling all of you have; some of you are either confused, excited or scared and all you need know is more information about this school. But I am here to make sure that all your worries are answered and assure you that your kids stay here will bring along memorable moments in their lives. We all know passing through school life is never easy, but we believe every student here has the willpower and the drive to be successful. This school is regularly trying to improve its facilities to meet the technological advances and to make it a world-class facility.

We invest so much to make sure our kids future is secured. Parents have a significant influence on their kid's behavior. Therefore, we both need to work cooperatively with each other to fully achieve these kids academic and lifetime goals. Legal rule is enforced everywhere in the society. Therefore everyone is trained to follow rules in his entire life. We expect that every student will embrace school rules since this is a reflection of his or her moral values in the society. The more time your kid will spend with us on school activities determines the chances of him succeeding not only in his academic grades but also in his lifetime goals.For any student who will be caught on the wrong side of the law will have to face the disciplinary board. Especially we insist on 100% attendance; students are not supposed to miss more the five consecutive days on a roll unless the parents provide a medical excuse. We humbly request two parents in every class who will choose to be class representatives. They will be making decisions on any matter concerning their kids stay here, and their decisions will act as a voice for all other parents. There will be a meeting held on mid-September which all representatives will be requested to attend to choose amongst them officials of our Policy committee. It should be a voluntary process those willing parents should not fear to take up the task.

I am open to any idea or suggestions contributing to the personal growth of the students and the school. However, we are confident that we will be able to impart all the necessary skills that will allow these students being able to manage challenges in life.
