Introduction
Hello research participants, thank you for agreeing to take part in this important survey to assess role of nursing care on geriatric patients that are suffering from dementia. As a researcher, I want to identify the challenges that nurses experience such as how level of training skills and communication skills on the level of care that they provide geriatric patients suffering from dementia. Your response will help improve geriatric patient care. The survey will take approximately five minutes. I assure you that all the answers that you will provide will be kept confidential.
