Introduction

A school is an institution that not only serves the students but the whole society at large. The schools are the primary institutions where discipline is bestowed, and thus there has to be a relationship of a family-school and community partnership. Often, the teachers wish to involve and overestimate the involvement of a parent to the students. The first teacher in a child's life is the parent, and this partnership between the three entities benefits all the involved parties. The unfortunate part is that we are all subjects to the environment we have been brought up in, and thus there are variations in cultural, ethnic, and even lingual orientations. Urban and rural settings are equally a part of how people respond to changes in the environment (Turnbull, 2005).

for a student to succeed, there is the aspect of putting forth the teachers and letting them take the leads since they can put in place realistic goals. The teachers monitor and even help the slow understanding students to catch up with the other students. There is sufficient proof that the schools that encourage visitations by parents and guardians have a straightforward task in establishing partnerships (Turnbull, 2005). To achieve a suitable and ideal alliance, the institution has to offer a reasonable and frequent communication channel. Have events for the teachers and parents to participate, for instance, community outreach and inviting the parents and the people around the school.

Some attributes have come along way, have been considered as factors that dictate the success of an aspired partnership. Individual Educational Program is a platform where the authorities understand the capacity where the students have reached in their general curriculum. IDEA provides six requirements to keep in mind while getting involved in the IEP planning process (Turnbull, 2005).

They measure progress where the authorities need the guardians to have a measurable annual goal. On the other hand, the research-based services involve anything that needs to be made public should be peer-reviewed. There has to be team participation, and, in a case where there are IEP changes, the parents and teachers may agree not to convene the deserved IEP, and thus there has to be a planned meeting either virtually or physically (Turnbull, 2005). Transitions are mandated by the laws with statements where a student should be helped to realize post-secondary goals. Transfer of students within the same region or preferably district, the IDEA requires the former school to offer IEPs until the new school adopts the IEP.

Significant Differences in IFSP and IEP

The IFSP is used in the early learning of kids between the ages of 0-2, while IEP is used in special education for children ages 3 to 21 (Turnbull, 2005). The IFSP provides information on the kid's actual level of development. At the same time, the IEPs presents the kid's performance academically and the involvement in the productive areas within the society or school. Finally, the IFSP includes all the natural occurrences of the kid within the environment where the services will be served. On the other hand, the IEPs the environment is restrictive because it only focuses on the educational areas plus the explanation of the extent to which the kid will or cannot participate with classically growing children.

Influences of IFSP and IEP to Partnership

All the plans are ideal for the grooming of a kid, and they ought to be encouraged significantly. IFSP profoundly influences partnerships because a significant part of the kid's life revolves around the same environment, and thus, blending to fit in a new environment becomes tough (Turnbull, 2005). Some parents are known to bring up their kids in an indecent manner, so it takes even more effort to lead them to partner for better results.

Roles of Culture to Education

Culture has a significant role in human life. Awareness is equally essential despite the many cultural variations, and one can address what the natural and social environment brings forth hence developing a person's response to nature. Educational aspects, as well as the cultural values, are implanted in a person by their first teachers (parents). Some cultures will actively discourage anything against the customs, while others will embrace the changes and thus affecting human life significantly.
