Introduction
A successful learning institution requires excellent coordination between the staff and the students. A well-motivated school community enables realistic and timely achievement of institutional goals and plans. This paper will seek to explore the contribution of motivated students coupled with unlimited support and resources in the achievement of an ideal classroom in an ideal school.
Motivated students
A positive attitude is the cornerstone of any learner who is interested in pursuing a specific course. This attitude is essential in the expression of interest in the subject matter and in development of the incentive to pursue the course further. Study of foreign languages more opens doors to expand beyond the borders of their home country (Anjomshoa, 2015,127). Learners who express curiosity in their specific fields of specialization quickly get their work done to the best of their abilities. This is because better results are obtained from students with intrinsic motivation as opposed to students who are only interested in doing bare minimums. Student's that are consistent in their school work and focused towards the achievement of specific goals sail through school smoothly and graduate with superior knowledge and skills (Holliday, 2000, 50).
Unlimited support and resources
The learning process is made easier by the availability of resources as well as appropriate guidance and mentorship. Many learning institutions have departments like the Special Education Needs department that assists learners with learning difficulties through the provision of professional help. Institutions need to organize platforms where learners can share information to encourage a student-centered form of learning. Provision of adequate resources such as study material, classroom TVs, furniture, teachers as well as exemplary leadership is mandatory for a successful learning process (Khany et al, 2018, 340).
Teachers 'access to professional development
Teachers require constant professional development to be all rounded and adequate in student guidance. They can achieve this development through workshops. Personal development funds among other ways. A good teacher should be approachable and a role model for their students (Sulo, 2009, 1). They should recognize their weaknesses and mistakes in a way that is acceptable can be emulated by their students
Conclusion
An ideal classroom in an ideal school is comprised mainly of motivated students coupled with unlimited support and resources. Students with an intrinsic incentive to learn alongside abundant resources such as study materials and teachers provide the ideal learning environment.
