Practice, as used in this article, refers to the interventions that are meant to improve the well-being of individuals who eventually have an expectation of success. However, medical or behavioural practices are used to provide the diagnosis and preventive treatment to individuals. On the other hand, research refers to the designation of the hypothesis test and giving out the acceptance, making a conclusion. This research basically has four principles which are stipulated below. (para 3)

In the first principle respect for persons has been divided so as to bring out moral requirements. These divisions include; persons being treated as autonomous agents and secondly those individuals with smaller or no autonomy should be given protection. Consequently, this principle can be applied to informed consent; - whereby the persons are at free will to decide on what should befall on them and what shall not happen to them. moreover, this area of application that is the informed consent has three different processes that are; Information- here the persons involved choose if they would like to participate in the expanding more on their knowledge or not. The second process being comprehension- here it deals with the manner in which the information in question will be conveyed. The third process is, voluntariness- which involves individuals participating in consent if and only if it is voluntarily given (para 8).

The second principle is Beneficence- In this principle, the way people are being treated is characterized by ethics; the people's decisions are highly respected and are being protected from any harm. Nevertheless, two major rules have been confirmed from this. Rule 1 being no harm; rule 2 being the minimization of any harms and maximize the benefits. Therefore, this principle can be applied in the method of risk and benefits; this method also has its own elements such as- assessments of risks and benefits systematically, secondly is the justifiability assessment in which treatments that are inhumane is never morally justified.it also involves the reduction of risks to those that are necessary in order to achieve the goals of the research. Thus, the relevant risks and benefits must be thoroughly passed by the jury especially for the documents that were used in the consent process.

According to (para 10) Justice is the last principle in which there should be some sense of fairness and distribution to everyone because that is what they actually deserve. However, this principle can be applied I the selection of the subject; in terms of the moral requirements and fair procedures in the selected research subject.
