Besides, proper nutrition reduces the risks of being attacked by chronic diseases as well as coping with stress since the immune system is enhanced. m, there is a need to be engaged in physical activities. Staying healthy increases the chances of a long life.

In my future classes, I shall consider health as a relative terminology; health can be inborn where nothing much can be done to adjust it or individual choice which majorly determined by lifestyle maintaining health and altered by changing ways of living. Also, fitness can be described through physical appearance or being in a stable metabolism state.

Through this presentation, I have learned that my lifestyle matters a lot regarding my health. New future course I will set goals to ensure that health condition is maintained. This must be achieved by eating a balanced diet, regularly exercising and ensuring I sleep for 6-8 hours.

Topic 2: Mental, Physical, and Spiritual wellness.

Mental health is a condition where a person can be responsible for all happenings within owns life. It can also imply a state where a person takes charge of capable potentials by coping with stresses and as well make a contribution to the growth of the community.

Physical health implies physical fitness enhanced by day to day activities. It is a state having no ailing body parts. Physical wellness is a determinant of lifestyle and diet plan. In later classes, the diet plan should involve components of a balanced diet; proteins, carbohydrates, fats, and minerals.

Spiritual health is a condition of spiritual wellbeing of an individual regarding the beliefs and personal values. Yoga exercises, adventuring, and meditation boost mental health status. In my future classes, I will consider virtues that promote spiritual wellness; being compassionate, love, forgiveness, joy, among others - spirituality established by morals portrayed, personal principles, personal beliefs, and values.

Topic 3: Cultural Diversity.

Culture involves a set of values, beliefs, attitudes, and practices that complete daily activities. Cultural diversity it's a modality of appreciating indifferences among individuals dwelling in a community. These indifferences categorized upon gender, age, ethnical groups, social status, religion, language, race, among others.

Significantly, cultural diversity has promoted unity among individuals since, by learning and clearly understanding practices of other cultures, we can tolerate each other. I have learned that at first, I must vividly understand my cultural beliefs before I venture on others. Cultural diversity is an item I shall take with myself to the next classes. Cultural diversity categorized into four; understanding cultures as a multilevel, understanding barriers, practically engaging in cultural communication, and formulating organizational skills involving religion.

To my future classes, I will take into consideration the four critical areas of diversity in cultures. Also, it will be of significance to get involved in promoting unity irrespective of diversification. By studying such diversification automatically, a healthy community established.

Strategies to apply the learned information from the class are that by identifying these barriers then provide solutions to such inhibitors. Then we shall be guaranteed of a healthy and robust community relations and families at large. Today various languages are taught in education sector thus a solution to diversification.
