For instance, oral health has been found to be a vital part of children between the ages of five to twelve. Public health principles seek to find the problems encountered in the society in the plight of finding a possible solution to the issues (Lambeth, 2015). Therefore, this essay seeks to shed light on the possible aspects that will promote oral health of children between the age of five to twelve and most affected population in the context of the target population living in Lambeth Borough, London through designing, delivering, planning and implementing plans for public health awareness on oral health importantly.
Critical Analysis of Principal Theories, Values, and Ethics for Contemporary Practice in Public Health
Public health staff value the quality of the health tips in assuring the affected or target population of good health. Also, public health seeks to provide timely advise on possible ways to enhance good health where the possible achievements are in jeopardy. Through drawing, public health arrives at justifiable outcomes for better health. Ethics in public health involves practical aspects in the early development of approaches of encompassing local and international contexts. Practitioners in public health are acquainted with specialized skills to solve the ethical and health challenges that affect society.
Analysis and Critique of Public Health Wellbeing, Intervention and Perspectives
It involves the importance of planning and implementation in public health is to ensure that good health is attainable among all populations. For instance, Lambeth Borough, London is a community that offers a chance for analyzing care, ethics, and principles of public health. In the city, it is evident that oral health for children between five to twelve years is not maintained. By definition, oral health refers to the right health care plan for the foods and drugs to be ingested. In most cases, children between 5 to 12 years are usually impulsive of the need for oral health.
The Program Incorporates the Precede-Proceed Model
Precede proceed model refers to a multi-theoretical model which is used to assess the health-related behaviors and the possible environments that affect a given health problem. It can be used in the planning process through predisposing, then reinforcing and enabling the constructs that are found in the diagnosis and evaluation of the education needed. Lambeth is a vibrant community in London that has various ethnic groups amid young population. It has been found out that the city is affiliated to high mobility and there are multiple challenges that Borough faces concerning area deprivation, high unemployment cases, and the worst one that contributes to the poor oral health of the population between 5 to 12 years is the poor housing conditions (Lambeth, 2015).
Precede-Proceed Model is used to sensitize the program for the Clinical Commissioning Group to engage the public in championing for health awareness program for the vulnerable group which is children between five to twelve years. Through Clinical Commissioning Group, the precede-proceed model can be employed in the manner that the group will provide useful data that can be the basis for precede and which will enhance proceed step towards oral health enhancement.
Critical Analysis of the Use of Universal Versus Targeted Health Promotion Interventions
Public health perspective focuses on enhancing a universal and targeted health promotion as a way of improving health worldwide. For instance, in Lambeth, planning on awareness campaigns is a fundamental process that will enable the health topic which is oral health implementation plan to be able to realize pointwise requirements. The population should be studied regarding their economic activities, social awareness level, their income levels, and their likeliness to follow health tips (Lambeth, 2015). Since the affected people of the target population for health development in children between the ages 5 to 12, it is viable to incorporate more strategies that will engage the parents in championing for the positive health of their children.
The key initiative in this project is enhancing reachability of the communities in Lambeth to enable them to get in touch with health tips for ensuring good oral health for the children between five to twelve years (Ronquillo, Currie & Rodney, 2016). The initiative can be aligned with approaches for creating a web that will enable the community to receive health tips for both the affected population and their guardians and parents.
Critical Evaluation of Partnership Integrated Methods and Health Intervention for Successful Collaborations
Collaborative working is aligned with interdisciplinary partners and the possible stakeholders in the health program. The relevance of collaborative practices is related to the fact that the most important factors to consider in arriving at justifiable plans can be brought up by the findings of a group like the NHS Lambeth Clinical Commissioning Group that has been in operation for a long time with Lambeth Borough (Lambeth, 2015).
