The Hispanic societies surpass racial traits but obtain an ethnic difference. Hispanics originate from various racial and physical qualities. Moreover, it enhances the culture and norms of multiple communities majorly from the Spanish origin (Furman, Negi, Iwamoto, Rowan, Shukraft, & Gragg, 2009). Most of the countries that have Hispanic origin are Mexico, South, and Central America. The most critical aspect of identifying the Hispanics in the primary language resemblance; at the same time countries such as the U.S have experienced an enormous migration pattern of Hispanics (Perez-Escamilla, Garcia, & Song, 2010). Moreover, the migration system has placed the culture as a secondary once since most of the natives fail to understand how the group communicates (Furman, Negi, Iwamoto, Rowan, Shukraft, & Gragg, 2009). Furthermore, their means of health adaptability is at risk since their immune system is not the same as that of the natives. For example, it is ideal to understand that the Hispanic community population increases as days go by. At the same time, they have different ways of solving their issues, especially health.
A good example is the fact that the community has various ways of associating with each other. Contrary, most of the locals experience a robust experience when dealing with Hispanic health problems (Furman, Negi, Iwamoto, Rowan, Shukraft, & Gragg, 2009). According to the video, networking between the Hispanics is private since they feel comfortable around each other. To get involved and understand how the Hispanic culture operates various steps need consideration. First, it is appropriate that the practitioners do not discriminate against the Hispanic culture (Perez-Escamilla, Garcia, & Song, 2010). To do that, they need to understand that the Hispanic family culture has rights and getting involved with their issues one needs to bond and network with the elders (Furman, Negi, Iwamoto, Rowan, Shukraft, & Gragg, 2009). It is absurd that the Hispanics community is at a higher risk of being diagnosed with mental illness and to ensure that the society receives better health care, most of the social workers need to understand and consider family values.
