The organization is non-profit making hence not driven by the desire to swindle money from the patients and the people through the interaction. This approach can serve the organization effectively even in the future as with time more volunteers arise to take up the task. It, therefore, signals that in future time, as the organization expands, the nurse staffing will also have improved to cater to the patients' health care needs.

There are those nurses who have completely subscribed to serve the organization. However, there are those who are temporary offers help to the organization during certain times when the need arises. However, all of them are important to the organization as they spur each other to effectiveness in service delivery.
