Introduction
Dengue infection is a viral infection caused by an arthropod-borne virus. Brazil leads in the prevalence of the dengue infection, especially among pregnant women. It is characterized by miscarriage, premature delivery, and stillbirths. Most women start feeling the effects after a diagnosis with dengue infection. This research points out the reasons for death cases of maternal and fetal deaths based on the histopathological analysis. According to the results of the report, there are specific areas that the virus still hides and therefore continue to cause deaths. This is based on the fact that they have an abundance of blood vessels.
This research has a lot of strengths that make it relevance according to its area of study, especially its data collection. The data collected for the analysis back up to the year 1948 where the condition was rampant. In this case it can trace the patho-origin of the virus, moreover is focuses on the specific areas of the human body it affects, especially the use of paraffin tissues, standard for the infection. A close look at the finding reveals a consistency based on the set hypothesis on diagnosis, especially those to do with the method of determination of dengue infection
On the other hand, there is a definite weakness of the study, primarily based on its objectivity. In fact, the research analyzes the past diagnosis outcome rather than the pre-diagnosis measure for preventing the spread of the infection among the women at very high risk of contracting the virus. It focuses on the diagnosis method rather than preventive measures especially in the hype prevalent regions of the disease.
However, the research has a great significance especially in dealing with the infection immediately after diagnosis. Being a dangerous viral disease, the study focuses on specific points in the body that could be treated to cure the disease. The molecular diagnosis for example used in the study focus on the region with high blood concentration, a method that is likely to achieve a high percentage positive outcome. The research, therefore, gives a solution to the increased fetal and maternal death due to dengue infection.
Based on the known areas of infections of the virus, there is a need to ensure that doctors focus on the rampant regions where the virus hides to treat the condition. Since the disease, in most cases, realized when the results especially premature birth or stillbirth, there is a need to develop a vaccination for any mother that will prevent the disease from growing, especially in regions known to have a hyper prevalence such as Brazil.
Conclusion
According to the immunohistotherapy of the dengue infection, the research finding invents a new approach through which the disease can be managed to stop the death cases after diagnosis. In this case, it criticizes the use of paraffin-embedded tissue in the liver that eventually led to death. It, therefore, suggests the use of molecular diagnosis that involves taking DNA of the paraffin tissue and developing medicine that focuses on the most affected region s that leads to death. The research, therefore, gives the highlight of dealing with the spread of the virus on diagnosis to avoid fatal and maternal deaths due to dengue infection.
