Week Two: Elevated Blood Pressure
People who have elevated blood pressure conditions might develop high blood pressure in the future if no measures are taken to take care of the state. These measures include taking healthy foods and working out. The patient being a vegetarian has a better advantage and a high chance of not ailing from high blood pressure. People who consume less meat have lower blood pressure. Meat contains saturated fats and a lot of cholesterol content causing vascular diseases. Most vegetables contain more fiber and fewer fatty acids hence fewer calories. The patient will have a lower risk of overweight since vegetables contain fewer fats and are high in fiber. An overweight elevated blood pressure patient is at a higher risk of developing high blood pressure. The vegetarian diet contains high potassium content, which helps in the reduction of sodium from the body, which in large amounts might lead to high blood pressure. Vegetarians gain a lot of potassium from their diet, which reduces tension in blood vessel walls hence lowering blood pressure.
Week Three: Iron Deficiency
Accessibility of income to purchase the required diet. Some patients may be low-income citizens and may not manage an expensive diet. If the patient can have a good source of income, then it will be easy to access the advised foods. Gender of the patient is a factor to consider since females tend to lose more blood than males during menstruation. A female patient will, therefore, require more iron in the body. If the patient is a female, she is at the childbearing age, whereby she might lose a lot of blood while giving birth. The current medical condition of the patient. The patient might have a medical history with other illnesses, which may be slowing down the patient's recovery rate. The age of the patient since the older one gets, the more vulnerable he/she is to many diseases. The patient being a bit young, there are high chances of quick recovery than older individuals
Week Four: Management of Osteoarthritis
Reducing acidity is a beneficial approach to treating osteoarthritis. The reduction of acid in the body helps in boosting bone strength. When one suffers from osteoarthritis, they experience sharp pains in the joints. Less acidic foods will help in the reduction of pain in the joints. On acidic foods, a lot of calcium won't be lost through urine; therefore, there will be reduced bone damage. Foods with less acid contain low levels of sodium. Increase vitamin K by taking less acid leafy vegetables. Too much sodium causes inflammation, which leads to damaging of bones. (Rayman pg. 30, 2017)
Week Five: Paleo Diet
Paleo diet is the best and healthiest diet globally. Paleo diet gets rid of foods that cause inflammation. It is gained from the consumption of seed oils like corn and nuts. Excessive oils are produced, which disrupts the normal inflammation process hence the rise of inflammatory skin issues like acne. Paleo diet like fruits and vegetables supply nutrients to the body known as collagen that is essential for building blocks that increases skin smoothness. Paleo diet plan gets rid of worse diets and promotes gut healing. Most skin diseases may arise from digestion issues. According to Paleo living magazine, skincare begins with what you eat, and healthy fats and foods rich in antioxidants should be stapled in any healthy diet. An unhealthy gut is equaled to unhealthy skin. The diet provides nutrients that enhance the healing of the gut through the intake of fermented foods.
Week Six: Kidney Stones
Dairy foods such as milk, yogurt, and cheese have a positive impact on stone formation because they contain calcium, which binds to oxalate in the stomach and intestines; hence there will be no formation of stones after entry into the kidneys. Milk and milk products contain calcium, which is essential for the prevention of kidney stones. Factors to consider are the composition of nutrients in dairy foods. Some dairy products have a higher nutrient content than others and therefore have better more advantages. Availability of dairy products since some people can't access dairy products. Some people may be unable to afford dairy products while others live in areas they can't access the products. According to the New York Times Newspaper (pg22), Milk products are among the highly recommended prevention of kidney stones.

Drinking a lot of water advisable. There are more cases of dysmenorrhea in women who take a lot of sugars, which leads to increased weight and irregular cycles, and it is best to avoid them. The patient should work out as she is oversize, and the conditions are more severe on oversize women than normal ones. The most critical recommendation is watching her diet plan. Foods with a lot of fats lead to increased inflammation, which increases pain during menstrual flow.
Week Eight: Management of Endometriosis
Endometriosis is a condition that affects 10% to 15% of women of reproductive age and its more advanced stages may be an indicator of infertility(Velasco and Rizk 2017, pg. 149)Intake of vegetables ensures that one's diet has dietary fiber which helps in reduction of estrogen concentration in the body. High estrogen levels might increase the risk of developing other conditions. Vegetables provide vitamins that fight pain and oxidative stress. A higher intake of vegetable diet reduces the risk of the disease. Antioxidants that are gained from vegetables help in reducing inflammation and also reduces pain caused by endometriosis. Vegetables raise energy levels obtained from the nutrients in a patient's body. Fiber assists in the reduction of constipation cases and fasten digestion processes in the body. There are no proven disadvantages to taking vegetables while managing endometriosis.

The patient needs preconception care to teach her about any toxic foods that might harm the baby and any risks that might be faced that she is not aware of. It is vital for a couple to go together for preconception care, but in most cases, women experience it alone. Apart from being healthy, there is more care that only physicians can advise the patients; hence it is essential to carry out the preconception care.
Week Ten: Gestational Diabetes
Schedule of the patient as they need a work out plan which will be flexible since she is a mum. The workout plan will help lower insulin levels and shed some weight. Since the patient is breastfeeding, the diet should include enough calories to ensure that there is enough milk for the infant. The menu should have more fruits and vegetables and low-fat foods. One should drink a lot of water and less sugary drinks. Gestational diabetes can be attributed to the period of pregnancy and age. At the same time, increased BMI appears to partially contribute to gestational diabetes in the US(Friedman 2018, pg. 20) Breastfeeding will help the patient in losing weight and will lower the risk of type 2 diabetes and heart diseases. Proper dieting by taking a lot of fruits, grains, and vegetables will provide nutrients for the body. Method of contraception in use should be considered to prevent an increase in glucose intolerance in the mother's body.
