Nursing care plan concept that is developed by nurses help them to work in collaboration with doctors and families of their patient (Kim, 2010). Nursing is a discipline within the healthcare sector that focuses on relieving suffering and pain through the prevention of infection, protection, and promoting health to attain, maintain, or recover optimal health which is the significant to the practice of caring in nursing. The concept help ensures that nurses are caring people. Through the nursing care plan concept, nurses express their caring behavior by providing adequate and holistic care to the patients and the ability to plan, control and prevent complications. Therefore, unlike other professions that focus on making profits, nurse's core responsibilities are to take care, promote health and control diseases and infections to their patient's health.
