Introduction
Coronary heart disease requires aerobic capacity endurance training. Performance of participants depends on the aerobic reaction within their bodies. According to Turner (2011), the aerobic reaction is influenced by three factors, i.e. maximum oxygen uptake, running economy and lactate threshold. Each of the elements must be accomplished to attain development. High-intensity intervals enhance the outcome of the aerobic capacity of endurance runners (Turner, 2011). The change of capacity of endurance of participants depends on the high-intensity intervals which mostly increases maximal oxygen uptake and possibly the lactate threshold. Coronary heart disease is my chosen topic that tends to be associated with chronic conditions that can lead to death.
Workout Plan
Components to include
High intensities of interval training tend to elicit some justifiable and more significant improvements in maximal oxygen uptake as compared to lower intensities. I will also include an accompanying song that will motivate the older clients to participate in the exercise plan. The training section will people to chairs that will be used as sturt support (Turner, 2011). There will rock song accompaniment to enable the elders to enhance their participation for fall prevention and coronary heart failure exercise plan. Also, a stretch band will be needed in the process of training program. An accompaniment of rock music will be sufficient in promoting and exercise plan for the elderly.

1. Asking the Client to Jog with the Rock or Yoga Music as a Warmup Plan for Enhancing Heartbeat
Play Workout Music Service song to motivate the clients. Aerobic performance increases the power of client as applied during the loading phase of the ground contact (Turner, 2011). Rock music accompaniment should be started before adding the patient to start jogging for at least two minutes.
2. Lifting 5 kg Masses
Paly Kelly Clarkson - Heartbeat Song. The elder should stand tall with your hip-widths while placed apart. If there is a need the elders, you'll hold onto a wall or a sturdy piece of furniture for their balance. They should hold on for 10 to 15 seconds while lifting two 5kg masses then they should slowly return to the floor while repeating the process for at least five times.
3. Sit-to-Strands
An older patient would begin sitting on a chair with arms then brace themselves on the arms and push their butt at a point up in the air. The process should involve some help from the lower body. It should be noted that the process ensures that the elder does not fall and get hurt while performing the exercise (Turner, 2011). Once the elder has lifted their body out of the chair, they should then slowly lower themselves back into the seated position. The process should be performed for about ten repeated times.
Establishing a Continuous Running in Physical Fitness Plant
Play eHowFitnes-Exercise & Fitness Tips song. It was found out that a continuous run which is mostly at 70% should be done for a maximum of 45 minutes only. The training time is associated with low training intensity. Therefore, a post-training V02 max is viable for the training of athletes who portray to be able to take a maximum training time, i.e., 45 minutes.
Conclusion
In conclusion, the training of the clients with coronary heart problems should be carried through supplemental drills, which enhances stretch-shortening that is associated with stride propulsion and improvement of the heartbeat. Concerning the aerobic training, it is a suitable approach for the establishing a healthy plan for the client. Training of coronary disease clients should be associated with a maximum strength that is also relative to strength gains, which are viable for enhancing the heartbeat.
