Indeed, the improvement of medical equipment in sectors like information technology, biotechnology, and pharmaceuticals have immensely improved service delivery in healthcare facilities. Mobile technology is playing a vital role in connecting the patient to its related doctors, laboratories, pharmaceutical experts to do business and to provide facilities to patients to get services while staying at home. Healthcare and technology have evolved doctor to use new equipment in practice and hospitals to connecting patients and doctors thousands mile away through telecommunications. It should be understood that despite the advantages, information's of health access through mobiles as it connected wireless and it hacked and as mobile is valuable devices it liable to misplaced. It demands the infrastructure of the network to transfer information it cost high. The devices in which we store data of health care can be misplaced or deleted. The mobile devices can connect to any network outside the company controls. Administrator face challenges when data is stored in devices like with which devices user use to access to health information? How should misplaced or lost devices be recorded? Which security protocols should use for medical applications? And how database will handle?

Hospitals use unauthorized accounts to access (Lee & Carlisle, 2011). There no proper policies to connect patients with doctors as it connects on the bases of review and rating. These applications provide some time wrong information's to patients and patients face problems. As nowadays technology is strong I difficult to identify that the person who says I am a doctor on the application, the fake doctor providing consultancy, it difficult for doctor analysis the true condition of the patient and provide medicine on digital communication. In last several year businesses of hospitals and related industry become affected by mobile technologies as patient directly connected with doctor and the charges related to hospital services is saved by patients, as many normal diseases like flue, low-level fever, headache like diseases medicine are similar and prescription never change, so patient directly read the prescription and buy medicine so in this case the charges of doctor and related expensive save buy patient as business of doctors and related industry affected. Patient habit of going to hospital and meet doctor is changing they indirectly meet in digital communication and get appointment so it creates difficulties for new doctors and hospitals to carry business, and many application come that according to laborites services, these applications tell patient surgery level, blood pressure and many other things that patient get test after a proper procedure, so the business of these laborites is affected. Many new ventures are started which are unprofessional but flourish their business online by doing good marketing, making cool logo and theme that attract the patient and peoples. Externally they show they are highly professional but internally they have very fewer experiences in dealing with patients and solving different diversify case of diseases. So all these scenarios tell the negative impact of mobile technology. But many hospitals are providing the best services to patients direct to direct meeting and also digital meeting and those patients are satisfied with it. Concerning laborites, many fake laborites are digitally developed which provide wrong test result and just they do business and create issues for patients. Many doctor create link with peoples through social media application and get good rating by providing online free videos on different diseases, medicals science and research conferences so people or viewers get motivated from such personalities and connect directly to the doctor to get doctor services so business of hospital face risks in doing business (Kuo et al. 2013). As technology improves the health care of humans but on the other side, it creates much fake health cares digital center which can also make patient s feel alienated and ignored by their doctor and they face the hard problem. A technology means some hardware and software infrastructure to do digital business, it needs huge invest cost of doing business increase as so employees increases as many hospitals maintain own IT department which effects the cost of doing business. Many hospitals which run on low capital face problems and they unwillingly get a loan from financial institutions as it compulsory nowadays in every hospital maintain its It department. Depend on network and It companies are major factor as these network companies provide connectivity with doctor to hospitals, doctors to patients and from patients to doctor and hospitals so all this circle majorly depends on these external companies these companies effect both by charging high service and provide low-quality service which affects the business of hospitals and doctors (Boulos et al. 2014). In old time a hospital business was area base and it creates monopoly if its only a few hospitals in a particular area but as this technology arise and awareness increases the patient start outsourcing they easily access the hospital which in different cities even in different countries so the business monopoly of area base in heavy effected through these innovations.

A lot of debate on medicals services issues now talks now revenue issues that organization faces, administer of face difficult on the recording of data and maintain patients regular account so the revenue cycle process should be improved. Many technological companies providing services to resolve the issues of data entry, data processing, data recording, and data maintaining. So these issues are resolving. operates medical application do business in the area in which there are develop infrastructure of network and internets, patients and people have knowledge on how to use the application, which application for what diseases? How we get an appointment with the doctor? What are the criteria for judge the application? Which application services are good and which application is fake. So all these issues are very important at that time when the patient is in a critical situation and have less time to waste and demand professional health services (Free et al. 2013). So It duties of government to deal with all hospitals and make their association or plate fame in which they can tell their mobile technology issues and how it can be solved? The government should make policies which protect the hospital's industries and protect the patient's issues and save them from fraud.

As the issues of securities are increasing day by day hospital are not investing to pay the expense of IT services so they do not have proper systems to run applications but changes are come many hospitals upgrade their data and IT systems. As digital business is growing government is imposing a different kind of tax that affects the relation of both (Ziefle & Wilkowska, 2010). There are problems of data visualization, data visualization in the process of analyzing a large amount of data and communicate the result in visual context so the audience can more easily digest and act upon the information. Many hospitals facing these problems should be corrected.

Conclusion

In conclusion, it is advisable to encrypt all the devices that store healthcare records. This will avoid the loss of information pertaining to patients' health history. Educating healthcare employees on how best they can use mobile technology is also vital and will ensure the reduction of negative effects of mobile technology on the delivery of services. It has been noted that mobile technology is susceptible to problems of data visualization, data visualization in the process of analyzing a large amount of data and communicate the result. Vital healthcare data can also be lost when using mobile technology.
