Therefore, the need for differential diagnostic is important in this field, where several and different possible explanation for the disorder are compared and contrasted. This practice is ought to be practiced in order to come to a relatively close conclusion. It involves correlations of different information that is closely followed by differentiation as well as recognition of the expected patterns. Mostly the process is made simpler by sign and symptom usually referred to as pathognomonic. (Pilgrim, D.2018) The diagnostic procedure is usually conducted by health care professions an also physicians. The procedures include detection of any particular deviation from what is believed to be normal in terms of anatomy, psychology, pathology, and physiology. A complaint from the patients as they express their health problem. It also includes processing finding, desirable answers or any other results especially from consulting with various providers and specialists in the medical field. During diagnostic of diseases, it's vital to note the chronic diseases that are common to patients. It is the obligation of all medical scheme to always provide covers that covers medication and diagnosis of certain or particular conditions. (Bardy et al. 2018) The list of chronic disease required comprises of cardiac failure, glaucoma, asthma, Cardiomyopathy, Diabetes insipidus, Rheumatoid arthritis, Bipolar mood disease, Ulcerative colitis, Bronchiectasis, Systemic lupus erythematosus, Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, Schizophrenia, Chronic kidney disease, Parkinson's disease, Coronary artery disease, Multiple sclerosis, Hypothyroidism (inactive thyroid gland), Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension, Dysrhythmia (irregular heartbeat), Epilepsy, Hyperlipidemia (high cholesterol), HIV and Hemophilia. Chronic illness can be a major challenge to afflicted person, it can cause the patient to be full of emotion that comprises anxiety, anger, sadness, and guilt. (Bardy et al. 2018) The most common chronic health problem experienced by the ailing patient is depression and despair, when a patient is diagnosed with health problem usually what comes into their mind is when would they likely to expect to recover and get the health back. To add on that, the genetic factor can be another health problem, some patient will suffer from certain disease because they are inherited genetically. Hence, it is important to understand the genetic makeup of a person who is undergoing health issues. (Bardy et al. 2018) Lifestyle and attitude toward illness would be a breakthrough in management and understanding ways to gain overall control over certain illnesses. Maintaining consistent treatment and stress treatment will serve the patient well in controlling and containing common chronic health problems.

Health Maintenance

Evidence shows that clinical preventive medicine to be vital to a patient having health problems, this preventive measure can be described as maintaining and promoting of health and the reduction of factors that create risks likely to cause disease and injuries. (Abebe,2019) There is the various way of disease prevention; primary prevention is associated with deterring disease occurrence or its extreme adverse effect. Secondary prevention which is the screening is usually the early stage of disease detection while in an asymptomatic stage such that the treatment delays or even block the likelihood of disease occurrence. (Abebe,2019) Tertiary prevention works to not allow any adverse effects and consequences of the already existing disease. These preventions have decreased morbidity as well as mortality from both acute and disease condition which is chronic. Lifestyle factors such as smoking, unhealthy eating and the common behavior of physical inactivity. To achieve health maintenance in lifestyle management, diet and nutrition in a person have to be properly managed through an assessment which includes optimal weight, habits of eating, usage of calories. Monitoring and maintenance of the diet should be a follow up to ensure the patient diet is balanced. (Abebe,2019) Perhaps, healthy lifestyle action should always target to reduce stress at all cost. Though stress always helps to work under pressure, constant stress can probably pose a health problem. however, adopting a healthy lifestyle such as eating well, regular exercise, taking breaks, having enough sleep and asking for help, would probably improve patient as well as any person health.
