Introduction
Cigarettes have been the most effective drugs in the health of all humans. They influence the normal functioning of the respiratory systems. The act of cigarette smoking has remained as the leading cause of premature deaths and preventable disease in the United States of America and even in other countries (Etters 1776-1783). According to my view, I keenly see the need of preventing the spreading of the diseases through advice-giving to the affected individuals. Approximately 50% chances of deaths are present to lifelong smoker since the complication can result in such.
Cardiovascular diseases, pulmonary diseases and also deaths are highly caused by the high input of tobacco in the body. Osteoporosis delayed wound healing is also caused by the high level of cigarette smoking among the individuals (Crotty et al., 23). Other individuals have decided to develop and generate new ideas on the appropriate measures to prevent the maximum numbers of cigarette smokers in the state. Nicotine acts as a determinant in the addiction of tobacco when a cigarette is applied in the body.
However, I strongly condemn the use of cigarette since there is several negativities in the lives of individuals (Hoffman, S7). Many scientists and physicians have tried with hither and thither to come up with the best tactics to use in controlling the high effects of cigarettes but their hard work has landed in no avail. Since tobacco addictions usually involve the interplay of pharmacology, conditions or learned factors can be easily be controlled by one taking care of his /her health.
Furthermore since inhalation of smoke that is generated from the cigarette distills substance nicotine which later results in high negative factors in the health of the humans. The support by the state through advisory services on tobacco use is highly appreciated and young youths are advised to involve themselves in meaningful activities that will later benefit them in the future.
