Phase Two

The second phase in this project is to identify the individuals who need to be sensitized about the disorders which affect individuals who have attained the age of 75 years. For this phase to be completed, the project analyst and two members of the project team will be responsible for identifying the members of the society who will be sensitized about the disorders. The process of determining the members of the community who will be educated about the diseases will take about three weeks. The identification will take place across the United Kingdom. The project leader and the sponsors of the project will also be involved in this phase; they will be responsible for choosing the information that will be used in the sensitisation process. To achieve this, the sponsors and the project leader will write to the local administration to seek their help in identifying the members of the community who are vulnerable in the society and those that will benefit more from the program. The process of writing to the local administration and receiving a response will take two weeks to complete. In total, this phase will be completed in four weeks, and all the members of the project management team who will be involved in the completion of this phase have been assigned their tasks.

Phase Three

In this phase, the selection of the studies that will be used in the evaluation of the issues that are associated with dementia. Through these articles, it will be possible to analyse the results and recommendations of the researchers to create the best possible solutions to the problems that are faced by aged individuals who are suffering from dementia and conditions that are related. However, there has been a significant challenge in selecting the research studies which will be evaluated in this case. The difficulties arose from disagreements among the members of the project implementation team arising from issues such as, the region where the studies were conducted, the time when the studies were conducted and the findings that will be used in the formulation of solution for the problems which are faced by aged individuals suffering from dementia and other related disorders. Apart from the disagreements among the team members on the research articles which should be used, there have also been problems accessing data about dementia and its related disorders. Some members of the team have also been lagging in completing the tasks that they were assigned to evaluating different research studies.
