The learning plan will benefit me at school with time management since I will schedule my tasks that need to be completed in a relatable manner and thus reduce time wastage. Smart goal setting is done by creating specific and measurable goals for achieving. In this case, To achieve attainability, I will have to make my goals measurable and develop a timeline that will allow for accomplishment. The objectives I make will be relevant as per the learning topic to have relatable outcomes in the long run. I intend for my goals to be specific so that the targeted goals targeted give me more exposure by clearly stating where I need to know what to learn and what not to learn. To get accurate results, I will pay attention to the objectives of my school curriculum.
Demonstrate a realistic measure of the baseline of skill(s), on-going progress in skills and end-point test of skills In the case where my deliverables exceed my expectations at my established milestones, that will be an assurance that I am on the right path and will continue doing what I set myself to do. At the same time, I will go back to some of the steps and ensure that they are well done. I will also reassess my plan and survey to find out what I am not doing right and perhaps change the approach to where I am not meeting my expectations.
Demonstrate a realistic expectation for monitoring on-going progress
To monitor the progress of my behaviors towards achieving my goals weekly as it will enable me to keep myself in check.
