Every sports team in a school should have a sports medicine team to help in case of injuries. The individuals who should be in the primary team include family doctors, pedestrians and other specific doctors who have four-year experience in medical and three years in general residency training (Katzenbach, and Douglas, 652). The main work of the primary doctors to the sports medicine team is to diagnose, treat and manage both the medical problems such as musculoskeletal. The secondary team individual includes other sport medicine professionals such as massage therapists, sports psychologists, and sports nutritionists.

Contacts information-is one of the medical emergency plan that one must include when planning for the emergency medical (Patterson et al. 2018).

Medical evacuation plan- This will lay out the procedures that should be taken should a medical emergency occur (Patterson et al. 2018).

Recommended hospitals- A register of proposed local hospitals should be provided in a medical emergency plan. This should be based on the distance, and the potentiality of each of the hospitals should be done through appraisal before inclusion (Patterson et al. 2018). Some potentiality should include, MRI, vascular surgery, and intensive care unit among others.

Transit means-Taking a patient to the facility should be easy especially when coming from remote areas. A Single Leg Balance Test includes crossing arms, raising one foot and observation of the weight bearing foot as the player remains with his eyes open. Squeeze and cotton tests should also be done in the case of the acute ankle sprain on-the-side assessments.

Mode- Mode can be referred as the type of exercise to be prescribed. The role of the mode in the exercise prescription is to allow the person to exercise to know the type of exercise to carry out. There are so many types of exercise, therefore, prescribing of the exercise helps in minimizing the exact exercise that is required.

Intensity- intensity refers to the load that exercise prescription will require. Load also is the amount of weight that the doctor will prescribe for the exercise set. The load is the standard way in which one can refer to the intensity of resistance exercise prescribed.

Time- Time is very important in exercise prescribing since it determines the amount of exercise to be done. However, no amount of time is recommended for resistance exercise during repetitions and sets. Sets refer to a group of repetitions that are performed without stopping while repletion is one performance of a single exercise. For exercise prescription, time should be recommended according to the schedule and commitments.

Frequency- It refers to the number of days per week that a person is dedicating for the exercise depending on the muscle group. The role of frequency in prescribing the exercise helps. Depending on a person's schedule, the trainees can attend the same session and be trained at the same time. The session can only be split if the trainees are training two different body muscle, for example, the lower body muscle and the upper body muscles.

Conclusion

My situation is the training baseball players from a university. The specific skill covered during was defense. The group that was to be trained included five defenders of the team between the age of fifteen and twenty-one. In training, they were to be showed the importance of defending, the best way to defend and how to avoid causing faults while defending. The trainees would also be trained on how to avoid injuries while playing so that they become all-rounded defenders who defend fiercely without causing any fouls. The training took training plan included a five-minute theory session and a five-minute practical session where the skill was demonstrated.
