Thrillist.com appears to be a site that is oriented towards providing more information about tours, travel, and entertainment. It is so thrilling to establish how a site that is not connected to health matters can publish an article that concerns health. This raises my eyebrows.
The title "what's the least amount of running you need to do to be healthy" also has its short comings. The framing of this title fits more like an advert than a source of information. Though it gains credit for being catchy, it makes less meaning in as far as matters health are concerned.
