Undoubtedly, every business aims to register high performance in all the activities that they undertake. The research will illuminate the barriers that have always curtailed the effective implementation of effective management plans that can be used in aligning the employees with the organization's purpose. Equally important, the research will help create a framework that organizations can adopt to ensure employees are provided with an environment that will enable them to progress in their career goals. Still, the research will seek to provide key decision-makers within the corporate sector with a deeper understanding of the value of time. This will enable them to develop policies that will inevitably help in promoting effective time management within organizations as that will guarantee their survival in the contemporary competitive environment in the corporate sector.
