The program was able to access 80% of the entire population that had been targeted at the beginning of the study, rendering it a success. The respondents were also willing and able to take part in the implementation of the program as they deemed it important since it would add value to their lives both in the short-term and in the long-term.

Patients were the immediate beneficiaries of the program since they would be able to afford the prescription drugs as they would be expected to pay small amounts of prices to acquire them. For instance, instead of paying $100 for a drug, patients would be paying $70, and save about $30.

Additionally, the interaction with the patients revealed more information than had been anticipated about the price of drugs. Most patients were willing and able to reveal more information as they were assured that their personal data would not be used against them in the future.
