In the long run the screening would helpidentify the person with poor mental health and help them in regaining mental stability and control over their lives. The ratesof suicide committals would drastically reduce and the drive would see and elimination of the issue. The model is inspired by the knowledge that rarely the players in institutions have disregard for the mental health of the many employees and workers who may at times feel the pressure of life due to the work balance that heaps stress and strain. Evidence has it that many pf the people that commit suicide in the age bracket of between 24 and 35 years are prospective youth who are met by the life crisis of having to balance work, life and personal development. The norm of integrated suicide prevention brings into play the assistance to organizations by covering human resource aspects of screening and therapy. In the long run, the system becomes a part of organizational welfare and is able to be taken up by organizations, institutions and the governmental bodies.

Implementation Plan

The departments would include volunteeringmedical and health professionals and their paid staff to ensure the efficient flow of the process.
