Our organization offers free internet access computers as part of its programs. We also provide computer access to members. These computers are accessible to any individual who would want to conduct a job search, update their resumes and also connect with family and friends through the internet. The senior's department is organizing a fundraising event with an objective of getting money to purchase more computers for seniors. For this fundraising event, we are going to use our senior's building. The venue for this fundraising event will be at the gym.

The computers are essential for the senior's department. Currently, the department has only three computers that offer internet access to the community. The computers will assist Rexdale Women organization to provide computer and internet training classes to ethnocultural seniors in their language. The fundraising activity involves host in an event at the gym. The date of the event will be on October 31st. The planning committee will include four members. The organization will seek support from organizations to support the purchase of the computers. Friends of Rexdale are majorly sponsors and donors that partner with the organization. The organization will also organize a kickball tournament for women. The event will integrate various partners. Plan Management

The planning committee will be meeting twice every week or when the need arises. They will report the progress of the planning and solicit individual and corporate donations towards the fundraising. They will organize telephone follow-ups for those who received invites.
