Even as the discussion about the merits of exercising exists, it is necessary that before engaging in exercise, a person should find a suitable level that matches his immunity. The only way of realizing a suitable exercise is based on beginning slowly and gently and increasing the gentleness and intensity with time. The aim of every person should, therefore, be inclined towards increasing the activity level of the body until you reach the primary aim which pushed you to exercise.
