Introduction
As you are all aware it is very costly to access quality and affordable healthcare and this is making many of you to result into other means of accessing cheap and affordable healthcare services, this is making most of us at risk associated to poor quality of healthcare (Biggs, 2018). The main issue is that it is important for the government to intervene in this situation and ensure quality and affordable health care is available for all of us.
My stance on this issue is that the healthcare providers should be able to provide parents with subsides while they are delivering and on birth control measures. This is a critical situation since amongst all of you here there are mothers who would like to be relieved the burden of birth control and during delivery (Biggs, 2018).I am sure you all yearn to access quality healthcare services when delivering and to access quality birth control pills and medication but the cost of all this is very expensive and obviously may hinder all this, hence if subsidy programs are brought forward to assist mothers in this situation, this will make you fell that you are cared for.
I have drawn the basis of my stance from the Affordable Care Act (ACA), which was enacted into law and is still one of the legacy left behind by the former president of U.S. this is a very important program and will help health insurance to become available to most of you, where you will be able to access healthcare services at credit and subsides some of the services will include birth control, lowering of the cost of surgery, chemotherapy radiotherapy of cancer patients.
This law enables will enable most of you to get free protective care, insurance plans which will provide cover on existing ailments and pregnancy, moreover birth control methods and psychoanalysis. Those who will subscribe to these program will get cover access to quality disinfection procedures, birth control pills, emergency contraception and implanted devices which are expensive if you were to access it without help. It is important to note that there are some of inherent issues which are making Affordable Care Act (ACA), an obstacle; there are evident challenges in trying to ensure this cover not only focuses on pregnancy and birth control methods in women rather also incorporate uniformity through ensuring those who are ailing get access to funds that will reduce the cost of treatment as high costs are a nightmare to many of the families listening to my speech (Carrasquillo, 2018). The second issue is ensuring the foreigners here and across United States get access of quality health care services so that they may feel they are accepted by the government. The third issue is regulating cost of ensuring the health program runs is always high and unavoidable, this issue is making even the current president to abolish it because of the budget requirements. According to (Sen, 2018), the fourth issue is that there are challenges as those in private hospitals do not qualify to get this program which will help to cover their costs of pregnancy and birth control and the government is yet to extend the cover to private hospitals. We can also point out on positive inherent issues which include; The ACA cover on birth control measures and pregnancy will enhance health labor force growth, this will enable incorporation of other subsidy and loan programs for those who want to pursue a career in health profession. The other issues include it will ensure on the development of payment mechanisms to improve outcomes and efficacy and will help reduce medical errors as well. It will help to improve the value of health and system performance and insistence on prevention and wellness through providing medical subsidies for certain preventive services along with birth control measures and prenatal &postnatal disease.
