Healthcare, a career in nursing is one of the honest and ethically oriented professions tend to equip the professionals with an inspired lifestyle alongside the work schedule. Significantly, the primary concern of this letter report is to enlighten the college students with the relevant information about the nursing career in healthcare. Ultimately, as part of the recommendation, the students ought to acquaint themselves with the negated challenges which encompass the entire nursing career and general practice. Significantly, some of the suggestions include:
Regulatory barrier: we highly recommend that the college student with the innate intentions to pursue nursing a career choice should be able to understand and be able to provide relevant solutions to the regulatory barriers in the nursing career. The challenges with regards to the regulatory obstacles in nursing need effective redress to help expand the scope of practice in nursing. There exist a significant disparity in the manner in which the inherent information relevant to the nursing profession collected, processed assembled and later effectively disseminated (Stalked et al. 2018). The entire health care system should be restructured to teach a more elaborate system to help distribute the needed information relevant to the nursing career. The nursing regulation and the state boards should unravel the disparities which do arise in the entire nursing career and offer the most applicable remedies to help curb the barriers. Significantly once the boundary is commonly seen in communication, the internal organization within health as the whole facility is identified by the aspiring nursing students. Therefore they are bound to be competent nurses.
Secondly, the Health system fragmentation: following the diversity in the nursing career, most trainees do face severe challenges in acquiring the intended techniques as well as the relevant skills to effectively handle the nursing jobs effectively (Hopfe et al. 2018). We, therefore, report to this panel the problem of the system fragmentation mainly in the healthcare as pertaining the nursing job description. The constant misalignment and periodic lack of coordination in the nursing career should be addressed to enhance equality in the resource allocation in the entire nursing career. Following effective adoption of the nursing skills the fragmentation in the healthcare which adversely impacts the quality and the cost of providing the healthcare as well as the nursing techniques. It is imperative to note that, a proper organization through ownership of formal agreements and programs helps coordinates the continuum of a nursing career. Upon the implementation of the fragmentation policy in the entire nursing career, there will be a massive reduction in the disparities often witnessed in the nursing career.
Lastly, Leadership competencies: The nursing career ultimately requires highly skilled aptitude to help provide the lead for the practical organization of the resources needed by these health professionals. Similarly, the college students who intend to pursue nursing as their career choice must energetically strive to gain the clear insight on the skills needed to be able to competently manage the nursing practices in health care (Hopfe et al. 2018). Ultimately, the relevant strategies which we solely recommend may include appropriate coordination among the professionals in nursing association as well as implementing some of the formalized, critical alongside the managerial programs to help equip the learners with the result oriented programs in nursing.
Findings on the Career Outlook in Nursing
Based on the survey on health care explicitly nursing, the general career outlook presents specific regulatory barriers which warrant the students in various colleges aspiring to join nursing as a career to take the keen interest to make the best professionals in the field of nursing (Alkaya et al. 2018). It is imperative to note that, some of the regulatory barriers poised several challenges which in the long run deter the trainees from gaining the required ethical standards in the profession. Ultimately, on the job outlook, the employment of the registered nurse is projected to be on the rise by the maximum 15% annually than the average for all the occupation by the Bureau of statistics. In line with the career prospects, nursing is the backbone of the health care system is projected to be on the rise. Following this expected career expansion forms the attracting point upon which the students aspiring to join nursing can critically evaluate. It is imperative to note that, once the nurses attain full registration, the demand continues to grow and there are many opportunities presented which interns increase the income (Alkaya et al. 2018).
On the other hand, fragmentation in nursing is one exciting area which tends to diversify the entire nursing career. Following this entity, the students aspiring to join nursing are entitled to enter a broader and more expand career which will subject the nurses with more advanced job opportunities with a more extensive range of salaries as compared to the other professions. On the same account, in-depth research reveals that the nursing career poised a more career advantage and subjects the professionals to a rapid 'growth within a short period as compared to the other professions. On this account, I strongly recommend through this panel and a team of my audiences to fully join hands to echo the robust career advancement witnessed in the nursing career.
Also, nursing as a career subject the professionals to robust leadership competencies. Most nurses make good teachers, psychologist, following this aptitude where there is absolutely room for expansion, nurses, therefore, make good leaders. It is imperative to remind the students aspiring to join the nursing career to feel free and realize that there are bound to be good leaders in the profession on a later date. Whenever the nursing students acquaint themselves with all the disparities in the nursing career prior to the commencing the course forms a clear path to guiding them through the entire profession.
