Firstly, S has to disclose every situation that she came through before and after she started feeling such symptoms so that the doctor can be in a position to know what exactly she is suffering from. However, since s was not explaining all her conduct before such feeling arose, doctor decided to perform screenings to her so as to realize the exact health complications.
2. What does nurse suspect at this time and why?
Therefore, at this time nurse suspected that t she has cervical cancer because of the signs and symptoms she has shown and her current feeling. Due to this, the nurse decided to perform the diagnosis of cervical cancer to confirm. According to the signs and symptoms she explained to the nurse, it was clear and open that was had cervical cancer. Therefore, nurse had to screen and examine her for cervical cancer. (Twiss,2005).
3. Other risk associated with cervical cancer.
However, a part from with human papillomavirus infection (HPV), other risk associated with cervical cancer are, lower immunity system and this explains that women with low immunity system can easily get infected with cervical cancer since their body resistance is low. This means that their white blood cells are not functioning properly. It is also found that for the ladies who smoke this has even risk of developing this problem. Lastly, another chance is to the people with genital herpes, and it is also vulnerable for them to acquire cervical cancer complications (Munoz, 2003)
4. How cervical cancer is confirmed?
To confirm whether one has cervical cancer, the doctor does the following test and if she finds one has lumps or unusual signs in the pelvic it is clear that one has cervical cancer. The following are the test which are carried out. Colposcopy is one of the criteria which the doctor uses a colposcope instrument to test Cervi which magnifies the cervix and allows the doctor to see. If something not normal is recognized biopsy is carried out and this tells whether the patient has pre-cancer, cancer or none. Another test is taking endocervical scraping whereby this done by inserting an instrument into the canal which removes tissues which are further examined and this is one of the best methods. Additionally, there is also a Cone biopsy, whereby specialist extracts cone-shaped sample from the cervix. Methods used for cone biopsies are the loop electrosurgical excision process as well as cold knife cone biopsy. After these tests, results are given for further analysis (Boardman,1998).
5. Cancer diagnosis can be avoided by taking shots.
Shot is a method that doctors' advice women to perform in order to prevent cancer. It is a way of inserting drugs to the muscles and it involves chemotherapy. Therefore, if s had done taken shot, she could have avoided cervical cancer from being diagnosed in her. This has helped many women who had higher chances of getting infected with cervical cancer.
6. What will be the basis of the response?
Bases of responses for cervical cancer involves treatment and attending therapies such as chemotherapy test. The patient is therefore provided with a better care plan whereby a good care plan will be provided to give morale and hope of recovery. S is advised to respond to the results without fear or panic and take more energy so that she could start the treatment process which is undergoing several therapy tests such as chemotherapy. Follow up cares which are done after treatment but the best precaution to take is to know the exact stage at which the cancer is at to control and cure it effectively.
