My primary argument is that nurses should not work overtime but should work as per the provided hours because spending a lot of hours usually lead to burnout, increase medical errors and affect the quality of care offered. My main audience is all the stakeholders involved in the provision of healthcare services such as the government, doctors and the health facility heads. I want my audience to formulate policies that will guide the stakeholders on creating working hours for the nurses regardless of the medical factors so as to increase healthcare efficiency.

The campus Writing Studio has significantly helped me to improve my writing skills especially in learning the 7th Edition APA style. I have also worked collaboratively with the department to enhance my grammar. My peers have also helped me advance my knowledge in this class through the discussion board comments. My instructor has been the cornerstone for my success in this class as he has guided through every topic through his positive and negative comments. Sincerely speaking, I have managed to implement almost all the comments which have boosted my grades.

Although the learning process in this class has been effective, I have experienced several challenges. Sometimes, I was working under a tight schedule to attend my job and complete my assignments on time. Besides, due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, I have greatly changed my lifestyle. I was spending a lot of time trying to take care of myself, I think this time could be invested in improving my grades. The class has been successful as I have been able to gain a lot of knowledge in the health care sector. I need to achieve my goal of becoming a nurse in the near future. The class has been undeniably helpful and in future, I will be able to complete my assignments without much struggles.
