Introduction

Usually, tumors undergo cellular metabolism changes. The process reveals vulnerabilities in the cellular cell. Since various tumors exhibit enhanced uptake of glucose, many scholars are interested in the manner in which tumor cells respond to sugar. In this aspect, it is evident that monosaccharide mannose leads to growth retardation in the tumor types and causes cell death as it responds to chemotherapy forms. However, due to oral administration of the mannose, the effects occur in mice. As transporters take up mannose, it accumulates in the form of mannose-6-phosphate in the cells, which tends to impair glucose metabolism during glycolysis. Nurses have to understand the best practices to deal with the tumors appropriately by incorporating the best ethical standards.

Consequently, administering mannose when combined with chemotherapy would affect anti-apoptotic protein levels hence leading to the sensitization to cell death. Susceptibility to mannose always depends on phosphomannose isomerase levels. When cells have low levels of phosphomannose isomerase, they are sensitive to mannose as opposed to the ones with high levels, which are resistant. Through tissue microarrays, it would be evident that the levels of phosphomannose isomerase vary between various patients and types of tumor. As such, a biomarker would be used for directing the administration of mannose (Gonzalez et al., 2018).

Conversely, cyclin-dependent kinase 9 promotes transcriptional elongation using pause release. The enzyme maintains silencing of genes at the heterochromatic coli. Through the enzyme, genes n cancer are reactivated, which lead to gene expression of the tumor suppressor. It also causes differentiation of cells and activates the endogenous retrovirus genes. When the gene expression is optimized, a highly sensitive cyclin-dependent kinase nine inhibitor, which is useful in the vivo cancer models will be developed (Gonzalez et al., 2018).

Ideally, the human brain is diverse and complex. However, this comes about since the brain is encoded within a particular constant genome. The recombination of somatic genes will change the DNA sequences of germline hence increasing molecular activity. The recombination of Alzheimer's disease would encode the amyloid precursor protein in the human neurons. These neurons occur mosaically as various genomic DNAs. These range from different forms and lack introns (Gonzalez et al., 2018). Concisely, the inadequate response of infant leukemia to current therapies depicts dynamic presentation in the clinical field. The nurses have to understand the biology behind the disease and incorporate appropriate therapeutic approaches, which would help contain the situation. Based on the pathologic features of infant leukemia, nurses can understand the ethical practices to put in place to help deal with the disease amicably. In essence, modulating the programs of aberrant epigenetic would be efficient. Additionally, there will be the need to inhibit signaling pathways, as well as immunotherapeutics. Through increased collaboration across the global spectrum, it will be easy to understand a range of discoveries that might influence therapeutic outcomes in the clinical field (Gonzalez et al., 2018).

Conclusion

When nurses are not aware of the answers to questions that patients bring forth, they need to come up with a solution that other people would not understand or notice in any way. In the most ethical aspect, they should be honest and truthful to promote the best standards and practices in their workplace. The work ethics of nurses may make or break their nursing careers. As such, there is the need to adopt good working habits and ensure that the habits become natural to the person to enhance their activities.
