As you know that there is no vaccine available at the moment, I suggest we focus on avoiding exposure to the virus. To achieve this, we need to follow main measures which include: (1) cover cough and sneezes with a tissue (2) avoid contact with infected people (3) the use of face mask (4) you should consider washing hands recurrently with detergent or disinfection of at least 60% alcohol hand sanitizer (5) abstain from touching eyes, mouth, nose with squalid hands (6) uphold an suitable distance from other people (Razai, Mohammad S BMJ 368).

I encourage everybody to be our brother’s keeper and assist one another in confirming our status. It would be safer to try respiratory practice by covering mouth and nose when sneezing or coughing (Clements, John M. 6.2.) We are currently living through tough, astonishing times where everybody is experiencing substantial changes to our daily lives. I prefer early medical care attention from health care providers to particulate respirators. These include that satisfied of filtering facepiece when generating procedures and providing care to confirmed or suspected cases.

We need to utilize the perfect opportunity of social distancing to expand health diet mastery by eating more vegetables, legumes, and fewer animal products. Plant based-diet is the right choice to jazz up meals. Being at home should not limit us from moving around once in a while for health purposes. Since nobody knows when this pandemic will be done for good, we probably have to change our homes into buffer and living zones to lower the risk of bringing the virus to our houses. I have figured a better way of placing trash bins and laundry hampers for conveniences in the buffer zones. The results are better since less area needs cleaning, hence less cleaning products, and reduced negative environmental impacts.

For pet owners amongst us, we must ensure safety in handling. I suggest we wash our hands before and after caring for pets, disinfect the area thoroughly. So far, there are few reported cases of pests testing positive for covid-19 (Murdoch, David R., and Nigel P. French p,12-15). Though there is no enough evidence of these pets transmitting the disease to the human being, additionally, be sure to give them extra TLC for the pest safety as well as yours. And by any chance you are feeling ill, the best you can do is evade close interaction with your nuzzle playmates. Physical distancing is very crucial for everybody's safety.

When choosing a mask, ensure you get the correct size that will fit comfortably on your face. Your chin, mouth, and nose should be covered well. Washing hands before putting the mask on should be put into consideration, and most significantly, the used mask should be appropriately disposed in Trans bin, and do not mess on public space or the streets. Such actions not only pollute the environment but also aids in the virus spread even further.

I then conclude that we should implement these preventive measures to curve the spread of this pandemic.

Thank you.
