1.Learning agility . Learning agility (Green & Ulrich,2009) this trait is the way to learn and develop a stable mind. Personally, this trait has helped in transforming my leadership plan and prioritize in society from one dimension to another.
2.Strategy Strategy (Green & Ulrich,2009) is a technique that drives individuals towards the attainment of a particular goal. I have a norm of asking questions and focusing on the future development agenda of a specific organizational structure.
3. Human Capital developer Human Capital developer (Green & Ulrich,2009) this trait allows individuals to believe in themselves in the society. This is another sector that I need to practice and learn as a future leader in community.
4.Integrity . Integrity (Engelbrecht, Heine &Mahembe, 2017) integrity is the ability of a leader to be consistent on his or her values and behavior. In my past companies I was working at; I was able to meet active managers who were able to change my life and integrity for the better.
5. Personal Proficiency Personal Proficiency (Green & Ulrich,2009) is the ability of a leader to take care of oneself. In my leadership traits, I am honored to possess this leadership quality in my life. This trait has helped me by transforming my life into becoming and those around me for the better.
6. Cooperative Cooperative (Nichols, 2015) is the extent to which a leader will pursue a compatible interest. This is one of the traits that I have not developed in my leadership skills. However, I am currently seeking training from some of the experienced sectors in the market on how to improve this trait.
7. Talent manager Talent manager (Green & Ulrich,2009), this trait has helped me in managing different people in the organization. With this trait in my possession, I am in a position to grow my organization structure to a better place in life.
8. Participative Participative (Root &Thompson,2019) is the process to invite inputs from the employees in the organization. This is one of the skills that I possess in my leadership styles in the organization.
9. Virtuous Virtuous (Wang &Hacket, 2016) is the ability to cultivate thoughts and actions to what is right. However, the trait of virtue is one of the characteristics that has helped me In attaining my skills in my organization structure
10. Executor Executor (Wang &Hacket, 2016) this is a person that uses his influence to convince people to deliver their mandates in an organization. This is one of the traits that I am currently practicing in my working environment.
