There is an existing relationship between the explanatory and response variable. In both cases time, the span of nurses sleeping on night duty played a role in the alertness of nurses.

It is important to ensure that the care managers get a well stipulated time off to nap within the night shift as napping breaks restores the responsiveness of the caregiver to the patients.

The new arising question would be the timing duration for a nap and the napping facilities availability.
