Introduction
A food evaluation form aids in illustrating and attaining the objective of the food intake to aid in validating the dietary analysis. The nutrients presented by intake of large volumes of different types of food tend to bring a difference in how the body is precepted to the exposure of diseases. The meals are divided into three categories that should be well balanced for effective health and physical fitness of the body. These categories compose of carbohydrates, vitamins, and proteins. Therefore, the evaluation form aids in acting as an excellent means of evaluating your diet and the eating habits presented that, at some points depict the health effectiveness expected.
The actual food intake that I take in the morning is a cup of tea, an egg, and a slice of bread. During the lunch hours I take kales, mashed potatoes, and a glass of milk, and in the evening, I take vegetables, meat, and rice. These food intakes I take thrice in a day aid me in the baseline assessment of the food intake that I bring to the post-assessment that comes later. There are rapid changes in the muscle, and physical fitness attributes on the factors contributed by the food I take. The body remains in a suitable condition for stamina purposes and resistant to diseases on the aid of vitamins present in the vegetables. The plan that I wrote on the baseline closely rhymes to mt assessment factors on the meeting of the dietary goals of the food intakes. There are improvements in my post-assessment as compared to those of my baseline assessment that is depicted by functional health status. Notably, there are massive changes in my muscular passiveness and the reduction of fatigue issues. The milk also has contributed mainly to my boost of calcium nutrients that has aided me in not getting bone illness. The plan was complicated for me to cope with since I had not been learning on the food journal plans. Instead, I came later after some weeks to cope and did my best by following the program as per the dietary effectiveness it posed to health status.
The stage of behavior that is well depicted is only grown and perseverance to the diseases that I had been influenced for a longer period. The food that I take in excess is cakes. The cakes have a lot of sugar that posse me to risk of high health calories that leads to teeth getting infected. On the other hand, the food that I do not take is the spinach, and these vegetables are key in increasing vitamin D. the lack of vitamin D in the body leads to less manufacture of lipids that aid in strengthening the bones. The medical risk associated is on development of rickets disease that makes the legs inactive and leads to frequent fatigue.
The intake of meat in the diet plan is very vital since it aids in maintenance and growth, plays like a messenger balance the body fluids and transportation and storage of nutrients. The health benefit is on the boost of growth and development. Milk intake and its products are very crucial also since it provides the body with calcium that aid in building stronger bones for muscle resistance. Sugar intake should be taken in smaller quantities for its effectiveness to be felt on the acting as a carbohydrate that is converted to glucose, and If taken in massive quantities it leads to obesity, especially soda drinks. Water intake is also significant since is flushes out waste, regulate body temperature and aid in brain functioning. Fiber is essential in the body since it has the role of losing weight, cut Type 2 diabetes, lower Odds of heart illness, and being well, regular, and more. The intake of juices, fruits, and also drinks posse a lot of pros since they aid in reducing risks of contracting chronic illnesses and help in management of body weight. Intake of vegetables, legumes, orange and green starchy is very crucial in the body since they are naturally low in calories and fat; they have folate, potassium, and dietary fiber nutrients.
The intake of oils is very vital in the body and diet plans. The importance of saturated fat in frying is contribution of texture and flavor of the food. The recommended oil is the saturated oil that has stable conditions on the factors of temperature. The omega3 and trans-fat are the other recommended oils that work suitable for texturing the food for pleasant intake. The junk and sweet foods have very high impacts on health since they are associated with increased obesity of children, diabetes, and heart illnesses. These diseases are very crucial to the health status of the human being, and they may lead to death if serious precautions are not put in place. It has impact on causing learning and memory issues, increases the chances of dementia, lessens ability to of controlling the appetite, and can lead to chemical changes that might lead to depression.
