Evidence-based (EB) instructional strategy is a research-supported teaching approach. It is based on research, not anecdotal case studies, and untested theories. The EB instructional strategy must support the teaching strategies. The EB instructional strategies must also impact the students' results than typical strategies. Finally, the EB instructional strategies must be applied in a wide range of subject areas an all-academic level despite the gist of the paper being k-6. The overall EB instructional strategy, in this case, high-level questioning is founded on the I Do - We Do - You Do model.

The high-level questioning is an EB instructional strategy that requires the teacher to have clear lesson goals. Clear lesson goals have a higher effect (32%) on the student's results than the effect of holding high expectations for each student. For the teacher to implement this strategy, the teacher will have clear lesson goals of what the teacher wants the students to know and understand as well as know what the teacher wants the students to be able to do. Clear lesson goals will help the teacher and the students will focus the lesson on what matters most.

The high-level questioning promotes the show and tells strategy in the classroom. The teacher will start the lessons by modeling or demonstrating to the students how to find answers through calculation. For example, how to add, subtract, multiply or divide numbers. According to Sackett et al (1996), the teacher will also tell or share the information or knowledge about the topics with the students.

The high-level questioning strategy required the teacher to question students to check for their understanding of the number of senses. The teacher will ask students to answer simple addition, subtraction, multiplication and division questions (Park, 2017). The teacher will both select random students and ask all students to respond to the random number questions. The teacher will ask questions, pause for a few seconds to allow the students to calculate the answers then elect random students (Beamon, 1993).

Finally, the teacher will graphically summarize new learning. This EB strategy will involve technology use. The teacher will either ruse the whiteboard or PowerPoint presentation to present the four operational strategies in a graphical way (Vetter & Latimer, 2017). The mind map or Venn diagrams will be effective in showing the student the relationship and defense between addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

The high-level questioning strategy will be used by the teacher to test each student's grasp of the number sense. For example, all the learners will answer questions. All students will be required to write down answers to the questions showing the steps of how they arrived at the answers. This way, all students will be involved in the process of question and answers

The strategy will also beneficial to the lesson in that all the stents will be required to defend their answers and demonstrate how they solved the question while those who got the wrong answers will be taught where they went wrong.

Based on Bloom's Taxonomy, the teacher will create engaging questions, the students will give answers and explain why they think the way they think.

Because this is an inclusive classroom, the questions will be differentiated as appropriate for all students based on their learning styles and difficulties. This way the teacher will promote examining new ideas and diverse perspectives. The high-level questioning strategy will get all the students involved in the lesson and help the students gain a deeper understanding of the math senses. The teacher will challenge the children to think critically about all their answers. Implementing a graphical summary will help students summarize what they have learned, understand the existing interrelationships between concepts (Vetter & Latimer, 2017). The graphical summary will be used to finish off the lesson based on the show and tell model.

Through the show and tell EB instructional strategy, the teacher will tell the children what he needs them to know and demonstrated to them how to do those activities (Albadareen, 2017). Show and tell help break the monotony of lecturing students. This EB for instructional is the essence of I Do phase of the I Do - We Do - You Do model. show and tell is integral to true teacher clarity.
