Introduction
The holistic concept is a complex concept that aims at providing a profound understanding and care of the patients. The main agenda of the nurse is to provide monitoring services to the patients. A nurse should, therefore, have the capability of understanding all the needs of the patients and cater to them with much precision. The result is that there will be patient satisfaction and also it will be easier for the nurse to understand the effects of the illnesses together with the medical responses. The holistic assessment system has the object to incorporate the patient to become more self-aware of the current condition, thus enabling them to be part of the recovery process (Booth, Kaylor, 2018).
During the nursing process, it is essential to provide an assessment that will deduce the needs of the patients. The religious aspect is one of the various aspects that need consideration during a treatment plan. It is thus vital for the nurses to assimilate the fact that different patients have different beliefs.
Students need to know the religious aspect of the holistic model of the recovery of a patient. The existence of a supreme being who is capable of accomplishing all the cries of the patient is one crucial factor that has to be incorporated into the recovery process. Acceptance to the design of the religious aspect crats hope to the patients; thus they will keep on trusting that the next minute or even tomorrow will be better. The use of such a methodology goes in conjunction with the psychological approach to the recovery process. The administration of drugs to the patients requires a positive mindset to work properly. When there is hope, there will always be a positive mindset.
In a school, the application of the holistic model is relevant to ensure that the health of the student is at par with the required performance. The influence of parents into the learning is process is appropriate in many aspects. The students tend to believe their parents more; thus, the parents have more convincing power than the tutors. There should be an alignment between the goals of the students and the learning process. The alignment involves accurately designing the tools that can assess the competencies (Goldman, Scott, 2016). Also, focusing on the outcome of the student is another assessment and evaluation process that monitors not only the performance of the student but also mental health. The tests imposed on the students should be broad in terms of diversification. It should not only impact the academic performance but should even touch on other factors such as the social, mental and physical well-being. The inclusion of the spiritual aspect in student life comes into work as hope is availed; also, the aspect of being the head and not the tail will empower the zeal to actualize the slogan.
Conclusion
In conclusion, the holistic approach has significant impact to not only the students and patients but to the whole population. The power of self-esteem and positivity is evident in all areas which the holistic design can be applied. Nurses will use these emotions to encourage patients to play a role in the recovery process. The moment people embrace such a culture, there would be significant progress in the institutions involved. The students have to clearly understand the importance of having such a system in healthcare; thus, the generations to come will have a secure model of patient recovery.
