Also, I have the knowledge and experience in the preparation of work schedules. As a project manager, agile practice stands out as the most critical technical skill in the profession. It is because the possession of this skill allows me to divide tasks and assign them to different teams to facilitate collaboration and teamwork.

As a project manager, I not only apply technical skills but also utilize my leadership skills in the process of mentoring, coaching, engaging, and inspiring other members of the project team (PMI, 2015). I achieve these milestones through recognizing the team’s efforts, involving them in setting goals, and considering their opinions in the decision-making process. Leadership requires creative minds, and this trait enables me to develop new ways to execute duties and solve problems (Project Management Video, 2012). However, the skills in team building and conflict management are the most valuable since they advocate for collaboration in the project and maintaining cohesion within the team.
