My company is called Shashi. It is a jewelry company. The first issue is a strength. Based on strength, my company values teamwork. Each works to ensure that every job is done in the best way possible. Also, workers help each other in cases where an individual has been left behind. This has helped the company to provide timely output. Teamwork ensures that the company progress as a whole as well as enhancing the unity among workers. The other strength of my company is its location. The company is located in a strategic place. 38 St between 7th and 8th avenue in the middle of New York. This is a strategic position that provides access to customers to the business. The third issue of strength is the open working environment within my company. Workers are open to ideas and individual opinions from team members (Phadermrod, Crowder & Wills, 2019).
The second part is on weakness. First, the company lacks enough employees. The company is growing fast, and there is a need to employ more people in various departments. Secondly, the workplace is not organized because the company is not big enough to segment different rooms, such as showroom and production departments. Thirdly, there is a lack of supplies. The company is running out of equipment such as boxes and tissue paper, which is essential in providing the company's services (Korableva & Kalimulina, 2016).
Thirdly on SWOT is about the company's opportunities. My organization is growing markets because the products produced are of high quality and of the new and unique style that keeps on trending in the jewelry market. Secondly, the future global business in New York will offer my organization a chance to showcase the brand and market our products worldwide. Thirdly, the customers' positive feedback on our services provides an avenue for growth (Jiang, Mao, Hou, Wu & Tan, 2018).
Lastly is on threats. One of the dangers is the stiff completion from companies that manufactured similar and related products in the market place - secondly, technological changes may arise, which may come with the change in fashion and trends. Thirdly, customer purchasing behavior might change negatively hence threatening the progress of my company (Gurel & Tat, 2017).
