The steps that will be followed in conducting an initial search is as given above in the determination of whether education level plays a role in causes of burnout and career change in hospitals (Huynh et al., 2018). The first step will be to ask a question, then searching. The information obtained will be critically appraised and implemented before then it is evaluated. The ask question part involves converting information needed, such as prevention and diagnosis. The search part covers the collection of evidence, after which its validity, impact, and applicability are determined. The critical appraisal is integrated with the last part being the evaluation of efficiency in the execution of the last four parts as ways are sought on the way they can be improved in the future.

The method used to find articles was to highlight the main slimmest of the question and relied on the PubMed platform. Additionally, following the PICOT format, it was possible to narrow down the research to ensure that the right materials are collected to answer the questions. The PICOT is as given below.

Problem: The issue of a career change and burnout is rampant in hospitals. The question sought to determine if the highly qualified nurses have less burnout and career change when compared to the physical with a low level of qualification.

Intervention: determining the number of highly nurses that have changed their careers and the symptoms they are showing that are related to burnout.

Comparison: The same figures will be collected for physicians with low qualifications.

Outcome: It is expected that the information obtained will not show support for the hypothesis raised. The career change and burnout are not affected by the nurses' level of qualification ( Boamah, & Laschinger, 2016).

The reason why I included these articles was that they were peer-reviewed, an indication that the information they contain can be fully relied upon to conclude this question. The level of evidence utilized in this case is that of the systematic reviews where information has been systematically reviewed and made a review of all the medical literature. The PUBMED and EBSCOhost are the databases used to research the sources and they are for 2016 and 2018. No studies were included in the search for evidence.
