Introduction
The requirement by quality nursing classics, trimmed my personal values and beliefs to be concerned with the urge to offer the best of quality service in line with the healthcare ethical considerations. My belief is concerned with the fact that neglect of the required code of nursing and healthcare conduct contribute to recklessness and failures in my functions as a healthcare official. I always aim at avoiding any possible non-caring practices as I maintain the universal knowledge that whatever one does to an individual, then they must expect the same act to be done upon them. This paper seeks to point out the most values aspects of healthcare practice concerning my personal beliefs and values in conjunction with relevant ethical principles, religious beliefs, political ideology and my values in healthcare policies.
Personal Values and Spiritual Beliefs
Spiritually, humans are equal, and personally, I believe that vaccines are the viable prevention of pandemics thus are ethically right for prevention of ailments. I consider nursing field to be authenticated with adherence to the ethical practices, equality, and honesty. Honesty is my primary value in the field of healthcare practice. As I try to maintain equality in offering help, I retain honesty when dealing with human subjects in spite of the fact that some in some situations the patient ought not to be told the truth. Gallegos and Sortedahl (2015) communicated about professional values in nursing. Consequently, I focus on maintaining the integrity of nursing practice through proper adherence to honesty and equality to avoid questioning the legitimacy of nursing as a profession.
My Beliefs and Opinions Concerning Cost, Quality, Social Issues and ANA Code Ethical in Conjunction with Affordable Healthcare Policy
I strongly support and work within nursing ethical practice as they control the carelessness that might be present in an organization. Since my values are concerned with equality, I allude to the Affordable care policy by considering all the provisions of ANA code of ethics. According to clause 2 of ANA code of ethics, "the nurse's commitment to the patients should be fully administered regardless of whether the patient is an individual, group community or population" (BuettnerSchmidt & Lobo, 2012). As a medical practitioner, I do not allude to the recklessness that is brought up by some nurses who assume the set practicum approaches while dealing with human subjects. Violation of any single code of ethics is wrong and bookable by moral underpinnings and by law. On the other hand, ANA code of ethics specifically provisions four outlines that "the nurses have the authority, responsibility, and accountability for enhancing nursing practice in making decisions" (BuettnerSchmidt & Lobo, 2012). I believe that the tasks, obligations, and actions made concerning healthcare should allude to the codes, principles and all provisions set forth by public health service officials to promote sound health.
As a healthcare professional, one needs to focus on considering all set practices in healthcare in conjunction with provision 9 of ANA code of ethics. As a healthcare professional, I seek to maintain high notch practice that alludes to a better joint articulation of values, maintenance of professional standards, promoting integrity and integration of social justice, health and nursing principle. At all cost, there should always be ways adherence to social justice for all patients regardless of their economic, social and political background. My belief is concerned with the fact that healthcare practice does not need to be too much affiliated to defamation but rather the method should originate from the heart of goodwill, and the practitioners should be guided by a proper follow-up of acceptable and sociable appeal to deliver quality healthcare service to all.
My Upbringing, Spiritual, Religious Beliefs, Doctrines, Personal and Professional Experiences and Political Ideology on Affordable Care Act Policy
I was brought up in a financially stable family, but my parents were mindful of other people who had little to carry them through their life. Sometimes I used to develop an urge of finding a solution to people's incapacitation, but it was unachievable. With the adoption of ACA policy, I felt compelled to act in a way that alludes to equality as my primary approach to healthcare. Indeed, every human deserves to receive quality healthcare amid other needs like food and education. Also, religious beliefs and spiritual knowledge enables me to allude to the ACA policy and pay little attention to people's assumptions that the government aims at destroying the economy with the adoption of the plan.
Inconsistency and Insights
Even though ACA policy is for the public good, there is various inconsistency concerning healthcare practice for the individuals who allude to the plan and attend to the general hospital. There are multiple violations which are in line with the abuse of ANA code of ethics during the practice. Even though it is clearly stated that healthcare practice requires collaboration, nurses and other healthcare personnel tend to look down upon the patients who portray to have fewer funds thus contribute to failures in practice. For instance, ANA code of ethics provision mentions that "the nurse collaborates with the health professionals as a way of protecting the rights of the patient, promotes health diplomacy and aims at reducing the disparities evident in healthcare practice" (Buettner & Lobo, 2012). The code of conduct provides grounds for minimizing negligence of the structures set for the overall healthcare practice.
