The national security issues, for example, nuclear war, electronic warfare as well as biotechnology techniques also applies to the PLO paper. The terrorist attack has been a severe problem that is affecting the world. Currently, the existence of terrorist has been a global issue since they conduct cruel activities like hijacking, kidnapping, and bomb attacks (Shu & Hussain, 2018). Hence, both developed and developing countries are working closely to fight the terrorist through initiating rules and regulations across their borders as well as employing technological techniques like CCTV to detect an attacker. However, the essay focuses the national security threats that apply to the PLO Paper considering the terrorism brings the crisis to the global world.
To begin, nuclear war between North Korea and the United States arise with a purpose or goal the same case to Palestinian Liberation Organization as shown in PLO Paper, For example, American authority wants the North Korea president to surrender and give up the nukes while the Korean government is not ready to give in. It has been a serious national security issue which the USA agencies need to solve. The problem is also applicable to the PLO since it is organized with a reason for liberating Palestine. The organization was formed after the armed struggle to attack the Zionism existence in the Arabs and the Middle East (Polo & Gleditsch, 2016). The purpose of PLO was to destroy the state of Israel via terrorist attacks, which resulted in the loss of many lives.
Also, the existence of nuclear war and PLO was guided by an ideology which spearheaded the conflicts as it defines how resistance movement is organized and the reason for fighting. For instance, the PLO had the doctrine to free Arabs to their land, but the organization, through their many ideologies, shifted their approaches and tactics of using diplomacy for negotiation. Besides, during the nuclear war, the two presidents from the North Korea and the United States have opposing ideologies since everyone is struggling to retain the nukes which are also portrayed in the PLO Paper where the doctrine was developed in 1964 to restore the Palestinian in their homeland. Therefore, every attacker has the intention to achieve a particular goal like North Korea, and the United States are fighting to win the nukes while the Palestine Liberation Organization was organized to attain the specific purpose that is to attack the Jewish state of Israel as well as to unite the Arab groups for the same cause.
Moreover, the national security issue which applies to PLO Paper is electronic warfare. With the advancement of technology, the attackers are using technological weapons and methods a situation which becomes difficult to predict (Sarkesian, Williams, & Cimbala, 2008). Since the American communication network is known as the most advanced system, many countries are using deadliest and sophisticated technologies to destruct its communication system for the proper attack. Due to the emerging of technological techniques, computer systems and satellites are in danger in the US, which is considered a threat to national security since even Russia, and China is developing deadly sophisticated weapons. Also, in PLO Paper, the advancement of technology makes the terrorist use modern weapons to facilitate their attack. For instance, the PLO offers training to educate others on how to incorporate the technological techniques in their planned assaults to boost their attacks. They also provide education to acquire more individuals to establish their superiority. Therefore, the national security issues that are technology warfare the USA is fighting applies to the terrorist that as indicated in the PLO Paper because it enables them to use deadly sophisticated weapons to boost their attack and establish their superiority.
Besides, the national security which applies to the PLO Paper is biotechnology because the same weapon the USA agencies are developing is the similar bio-weaponized which other states are using to attack them. For instance, America launched a weapon which can kill many individuals instantly through inhaling. Today, the terrorist is currently incorporating the same weapon in their attack, and the USA has not determined the approach to eliminate the crisis. Many criminals and terrorist are using the biotechnology to create DNA modifications, which in turn is a challenge to the United States security.
Finally, national security issues if not solved, can result in the attack of the terrorist. The failure for the State to safeguard the secrecy, especially concerning the weapons they invent may make other countries to use their weakness to attack them (Erlich & Robert, 2016). For instance, the United States developed the biotechnology weapons, but it is used by terrorist like PLA to establish its superiority. Also, it is the state which has advanced technology, but other nations like Russia and Chinese are finding ways of attacking their communication system. Hence, most terrorist uses the modern weapon to safeguard their rights or freedom or resistance violations.
Conclusion
To sum up, the national security issues apply to the PLO Paper because the threat the United State is fighting is the same scenario that the Palestinian Liberation Organization is aiming. For instance, the PLO is formed to destroy the Jewish State of Israel to safeguard the freedom and rights of Palestine. Therefore, to fight terrorism, it requires a coordinated effort so, the world should work closely towards eliminating the threats. For example, the US has developed its agencies and forces to help them against terrorist attack. Thus the funders or supervisors of terrorist once identified are prosecuted.
