One works as a Supervisor of Patient Access in a particular hospital. One's job includes coordinating and supervising of the registration process and also the emergency department. The roles include registration, billing practices, develops policies, and also monitoring of the registration process and ensure that what is documented is accurate. Roles

One's role in the document is to develop staff calendars and to ensure that all the needs of the staff members and even the patient's health are met (Crincoli & Weaver, 2019). Also, implement the working methods of the staff that includes; timeline and also ensuring various department' budgets are considered. It ensures that the health care of patients in various departments is met.

One should also encourage diversity. It includes ensuring that all persons, regardless of one's race, religion, culture, are attended for and given proper medical care (Krishnasamy et al., 2019). By intermingling with the different communities, it will aid in improving the interaction between the community and the health teams. It will reduce the discrimination of one's culture and also ensure the patients achieve proper health care even in terms of spiritual nourishment.

One's philosophy is to conduct team meetings with the staff, family, and community. It will aid in improving the patient is in hospital health care (Crincoli & Weaver, 2019). Also, the meeting includes health education offered by various departments to teach the community on proper health care and how to prevent communicable diseases.

One also had to interview and make proper hiring decisions; this includes ensuring that all departments have adequate staff and that all departments are well managed (Nichols et al., 2016). One also ensures that the new staff are well orientated and taught on the hospital policies and that they work positively and that the employees are encouraged to achieve and provide excellent medical care.

The supervisor also conducts training, assessments, and also performance appraisals and later on give concrete feedback to the employees and also managers of various departments (Nichols et al., 2016). It includes ensuring that the areas of weakness are corrected and ruled out and also ensure that the clients are given proper health care.

One develops policies to safeguard the health of the patients and also the staff. It includes one to participate during off-hours to ensure that proper medical care is achieved to the patients and that all issues that are addressed are also solved.

As a Supervisor, one should have a good relationship with the staff to improve on the working performance and also ensure that the patients are attended from the time of admission to discharge (Krishnasamy et al., 2019). It includes that there should be proper documentation of the patient's details, results, and billing process is achieved effectively.

Diversity:
- It refers to one understanding that individuals are unique; it involves recognizing one's differences. The differences can be in terms of race, ethnicity, social status, one's abilities, religion, gender, and also political beliefs.

Self- care:
- It refers to the measures an individual undertakes to ensure that one's wellbeing is achieved. It involves aspects of taking care of diet, physical, and mental health.

Spiritual nourishment:
- It refers to the spiritual encouragement, developing ideas, feeling, and also abilities to make one feel safe and closer to the High Deity.
