Interested in health as a student, I would volunteer in coming up with an organization in the university that will be familiar to different diversity students to enrich their lives during their stay on campus. Such organizations can be clubs, societies, and study groups. Besides, these organizations should register with different authorities on the university, such as the dean of students, heads of departments, among others. Moreover, registration into these organizations should be free to make it easy and affordable for every student to join.

During high school, I used to volunteer in various activities as well as in society. Therefore, as a campus student, I would volunteer myself in conducting orientation to the new students. Similarly, I would influence and engage other students in volunteering themselves. As time goes by, I could be a great volunteer team leader that will help build a strong team. This would help us link with the administration and have access to the university authorities, which will significantly benefit my volunteer team.

Engage in leadership while on campus. In most universities, there are opportunities for one to become a leader where one can learn and prepare for leadership on campus and the broader community. When I get the lead role as a student, I will engage myself in promoting diverse and democratic society among students since leadership is very central in this. I will engage students in activities such as leaders training and workshops, student government association practice occasions, societal innovations, and developments which will bring unity among the learners, hence make them embrace diversity.

Be involved in student activities. Students are involved in many businesses during the day. These programs can be learner society actions as well as individual meetings performance, sporting events, entertainment practices, performing arts, restricted society activity, festival dealings, dedicatory measures, among others. As a student, I will heartily be confident to follow any benefit that develop my learning and improve my learner familiarity. This partaking will enlarge my world view and intensify my attention as well as connect me with new people.

As an undergraduate student, I will participate in extra-curricular activities. This will compliment my university’s academic achievements as well as my education experience. It will also create a favorable environment of interacting with my colleague students which will lead to enhanced and increased learning and development. As a result of numerous experiences from these activities, I will be positively impacted emotionally, intellectually, socially and inter personally relate well. Through merging academics and co-curricular knowledge I will understand my abilities and talents.

While studying, I will participate in creating awareness campaigns since variety and different cultures are serious practices on any campus. Importantly, I will seek opportunities during informal gathering performances, university procedures, entity learners, lessons and share on coming up with diverse cultures and comprehensive societies. This can be a boost to self-esteem; hence academic achievements would be the result. Also, students will have the chance to discover diverse cultures and plan them to survive, study, labor and prosper in a brilliantly assorted globe.
