The United States health care system is affected by the societal changes, and it is essential to highlight them to ensure that the various stakeholders in this field know them so that they can generate solutions to the predicaments. The overall economy can grow, stagnate, or suffer, and this means that the health care professionals must find ways of coping when the worst happens. If there is a decline in the economic growth, the sector may find it impossible to sustain the running of the health system. There is a need to ensure that strategic measures are put in place for the next ten years to ensure that patients do not suffer due to the reduction in the rate of economic growth.
Demographic element covers the population growth, and if within the next decade the number rises exponentially, the sector may experience significant pressure to deliver quality services (Frakt, 2019). Therefore, it is critical to ensure that the field has adequate finances to fund the treatment process even when there is a rise in the population size. The personal lifestyles, attitudes, and behavior may change. For example, there is likelihood that society will experience a rise in communicable diseases due to the consumption of low-quality foods such as junk items. The health care sector will experience a lot of pressure due to the rise in the number of sick persons (Boiten, 2020). Therefore, the United States health care stakeholders should ensure that they are taking such issues into consideration when they are setting their goals.
It is expected that in the next decade, the technology levels will improve, and this will help in the production of high-quality medicine. The innovation process will facilitate the treatment of complex ailments. Therefore, the United States health care system should work on implementing the latest technological systems to ensure that the field is in a position to treat the country's citizens and offer them quality service (Sainato, 2020). The success rate of the system will be determined by the healing rates with the next ten years. The smartphones' capabilities will improve, and this will make it easier to seek the treatment process. Application systems will be developed, and they will ease the interaction process between the physicians and the patients. The state policies in the next decade will either lead to the growth or collapse of the United States health care system (Kamlana, 2019). If the right policies are enacted, the sector will experience massive growth, and the treatment process will become easier. However, if the laws will undermine the operations of the health care stakeholders, then the sector will not improve, and the treatment process will be adversely affected.
