Physical education is very important in today's world. Living a better and healthy life requires physical exercise. New diseases have made big complications to our body making us to depend on medicines which are not friendly with our body. For example digest medicine, excretion medicine and medicine for sleep. These medicines has made is be like a walking robot. In such condition it is advisable to do a lot of exercise to keep fit and health. Physical education helps us to live healthy in our day to day life, it also plays important role in our development and proves helpful for better physical, emotional, social, mental and spiritual life.
Body charm and natural development also depends majorly of physical exercise. From the parental stage up to the old stage our body grows naturally, the energy rate of our body can be improved if we combine this natural development with some physical exercise. It is also advisable for pregnant women to do some physical exercise to improve their fitness and amount of energy. In the similar way there are various types of exercises for different age like adolescent, infant, adult, young and old age. This exercise is like a supplement to natural development. When the body is healthy and well developed, the balanced emotional development is possible. Everybody wants a beautiful body and this beauty depends on healthy muscles. Physical exercise helps in giving the body a well shape, the secret of charming body is the muscle of the body (Harisson, 2019).
Physical education can also help us make our body healthy and strong. The importance of strong body depends on the happiness that we acquire after doing some hard physical workout. This means that hard work does not remain a matter of tiredness to a strong person. Physical weakness in our societies is because people are physically weak and unhealthy. Laziness is not only a result of psychological effect but also lack of power and physical fitness, this results to suffering among the large scale of the society caused directly by lack of work. Happiness is possible only through hard work. Without physical work and effort we cannot fulfill our basic needs. When you do work and physical exercise, your immunity remains strong making it hard for some diseases to catch you. Strong man can survive hardship and enjoy all king of nature whether it is cold or hot.
Physical education develops both self-discipline and supports in maintenance of external discipline on man. .We all know that discipline is very important just like food. When one lacks discipline then it is so obvious that they will not allow for any kind of restriction not knowing that the real freedom lies in restriction (Gorman, 1979). The pain of restriction becomes the pleasure of freedom. Physical education does not train our body parts only, it also train our brains which brings discipline to us. Self-discipline comes in man while concentrating on and following different rules of the games. Self-discipline is reached through different activities including physical exercise as a key.
Constructive use of time is very important in our daily activities. When one is involved in physical exercise, necessary things like gossiping and gambling will not be their priority. And this choice is always healthy. This makes physical the best means of entertainment and time passing during your free time.
