Excellent Patient-Centered Care

Providing excellent patient care has always been the reason why I want to go to college, and it is also one of my basic goals to help people relieve themselves and manage troubling chronic conditions such as arthritis, diabetes and cardiovascular diseases among other reasons and goals. The act not only provide patients with a list of benefits such as releasing them from ailments but also benefits the healthcare providers and health sector at large. These all reasons were then linked to improving patient satisfaction among the services offered in by healthcare professionals such as nurses. The improved technological skills was another solid reason that geared my internal thoughts that later translated to the reason why I want to go to college. The intimate reason connected to these technological skills was centered at providing best patients' care and release them from various medical ailments within the health system.

The Future Personal Plans

The future individual plans in nursing revolve around provoking the basic patient services by planning on information about the patient's diagnosis, reasons for treatment (goals for treatment) and providing specific nursing order that relates to a given patient's condition. The goals for treatment lead us to plans where I will provide detailed information obtained from a well-defined analysis of a patient result and information as well. The specific nursing order would also form the basic part of my plans. I will plan to give favoring orders of what to do in case a patient has an extremely severe condition. Providing these would then form the primary plans of my future and then form the reason why I want to go to college and specifically in the school of nursing.
