Although the combination is difficult to balance, I will use the knowledge I have in ethics and morality as well as the experiences of the people in society who successfully balanced the factors and made a difference in their societies. However, the achievement of my life's goals and dreams will require a commitment to the ethical beliefs that I will have formulated so that I will remain faithful to them despite the challenges that will arise in the process. I want to achieve my life's dreams by becoming an accomplished business person dealing in real estate. The real estate niche that I would like to occupy is the provision of affordable housing to the low class of society who have in most instances been overlooked when constructing housing, leading to the social issue of people living in substandard housing and also people becoming homelessness due to the inability to afford the rents to any available housing.

My idea is to create housing that will be affordable through establishing high-quality housing that does not have the same requirements as the other housing systems so that anybody can afford to move into them by the reduced rents and also requirements for occupancy. The current issue whereby people live in substandard housing and, in extreme cases, experience homelessness is a socioeconomic one that also has ethical implications since the issues result in the loss of human dignity for the people concerned. Through my goal, I am looking to establish housing systems where the requirements, such as deposits and advance payments, will not be required. The process of acquiring housing currently is a tiresome one whereby the prospective tenants have to provide at least two months of advance rent payment, and this has kept many people away from occupying the houses that would meet their needs.

Additionally, the requirement by some property owners that the prospective tenants provide them with their bank statements has kept many prospective tenants from occupying some properties since they work on blue-collar jobs and are paid in cash. Therefore their bank statements will end up disqualifying them from occupying the houses that they wish to. Through my program, I will reduce the minimum requirements for occupancy of my property, so that the occupants will only be required to pay the first month's rent and occupy the property. Also, there will be no need for them to provide me with bank statements since I will only require them to pay as per agreement. When this is fulfilled, my projections show that my properties, which I plan to set up across the country, will be the preferred residential areas and, therefore, in the process bring me profits and wealth in the process.

Through my project, many people will be ridden of the homelessness issue or living in substandard places of residence. Additionally, I will be able to amass wealth through the occupation of the houses by the lower and middle-class people in society, who make up the majority of the society that we are in. By providing affordable and high-quality living standards to my society, I will have made a name as the person who helped my society to solve the housing issue that has been in our society since its formation. It is also through this program that I will be able to make a positive change in my society since it is through solving the housing crisis that our society will be able to move towards addressing the other issues that it faces successfully.
